🛹 A trip to Canada pt 1 🛹

It was finally winter break! Reki, Langa, and Miya we're given 3 weeks off of school to spend time with their families. Though Miya's parents had a business trip, and Langa's mom was busy working the 3 weeks. Reki's family was still home, but the 3 decided to just use their break as time to practice skating.

"You have three weeks off school. And you're just going to be skateboarding? Unacceptable." Cherry lectured the three boys. They were all seated in Joe's restaurant.

"Yeah. So?" Miya raised an eyebrow. He was currently playing his game with Shadow. "I need to adjust Miya's board too. And teach Langa another trick!" Reki exclaimed, a bright smile forming on his face which made the blue head blush.

"No. You're not spending three weeks skateboarding-" Cherry was saying till he got cut off by Miya.

"Why? You did when you were our age."

The restaurant went completely silent but after a few seconds Joe could be heard laughing from the kitchen. Reki, Langa, and Shadow started laughing nervously, unsure of how to react. Miya had a big smirk on his face, feeling very proud of himself. But that wouldn't last long...

"WHY ARE WE AT THE AIRPORT!?" Miya exclaimed while following behind Joe and Cherry.  When the couple heard that Miya's parents were out of town they immediately had him stay with them.

"I was invited to a cooking convention. And you two-" Joe was saying till Cherry cut him off. "You three aren't going to be spending your break skateboarding."

"Don't tell me. The slimes are coming?" Miya asked but his question was soon answered when he heard a familiar red head. "Why are we here? And why'd we have to pack?"

Both Langa and Reki had luggages filled with clothes and other stuff they'll need.

"How'd you even get them to come?" The ebony asked. He was actually curious considering how both their parents were still in town.

"Well, for Langa we just told his mom we needed a guide... and for Reki, we told his mom he'd learn a lot and that Langa was coming." Joe explained. He looked at Langa waiting for the blue head to realize where they were going.

It took Langa a few seconds till it clicked.

"Are we going to Canada?" The blue head asked, his eyes slowly lighting up with the thought of going to Canada.

Joe and Cherry nodded. They both smiled when they saw how happy Langa was. He started telling Reki everything about Canada, which Reki heard multiple times but he wasn't going to stop him.

"Yay. Can we go to our gate?" Miya asked. He was actually alright with this, he was just hoping they'd go to a game store or somewhere with cats.

"We're waiting for one more... there you are. What took you so long? You're late." Cherry started lecturing. "I had to find a parking spot. Maybe if I had help it wouldn't have taken too long." Shadow glared at Langa and Reki.

He was hoping Langa and Reki would find a spot for him but instead they just walked into the airport. Leaving him to try and find a spot.

"Hey! You're here, meaning you found a spot! You're welcome." Reki pointed out, receiving a 'are you serious' look from Shadow.

The S Squad went through security, their bags were already taken from them to be put on the plane. Luckily they all had passports.

Cherry and Joe travel a lot so of course they'd have one. Reki's mom had him get one incase he wanted to go with Langa and his mom to see Canada. Miya already had one, when his parents have meetings out of the country they'd have to take him but they don't anymore since he's "older". Shadow was the only one who recently got his.

After security the group found their gate. They managed to find a seat for themselves and their carry-on. They only needed to wait 2 hours till it was time to board. They decided to rest and get some snacks for the plane ride.
