“I’m sorry mom”

The same words repeating again and again every day. I’m so tired of this.

“How many times should I say not to be late?”

“I went to the cemetery. To see dad” I whispered knowing the consequences I have to face.

“You…” My mom hit me hard.

“Honey it’s enough now” Mr. Moon, my mom’s husband told after enjoying the scene.

“She needs to learn her lesson” She beat me again. Beat me just for visiting my dad. Today is his death anniversary.

“You’re the worst thing that ever happened to me” My mom shouted at me before leaving me in my room locked.

“Mom, who is she?” I heard Mina, who is Mr. Moon’s and my mom’s daughter ask.

“She is no one baby. Let’s go.” My mom replied.

Yeah, she is right. I’m no one. I’m no one to my own mom. The only family I had.

I felt like my whole body is burning.

My arms were covered with bruises.

My stomach was crying searching for food.

And my heart has broken into millions of parts.
