When she suddenly suggested that, I was surprised of course. I wasn't expecting her to suddenly have a talk about that since I know well she might be uncomfortable. Thinking on what she went through years ago.
The moment she said she trusted me made me really happy. If she can trusts me, then I have nothing more to worry about and I can trust her like she does.
"What time do you think you'd come back home ?" she asked
"Approximately around 5 to 7 PM" I said to her
"You ?" I asked her back
"I can't predict anything. I'm starting to get more busy nowadays and I'm not sure I'd be able to go home early if I have too much works" she replied
"But it'll be in the range of 5 to 9 PM I guess ? Any later than 9 PM wouldn't do any good for me" she added
"Noted" I replied shortly
After both of us finished our breakfasts, we cleaned everything up and got ready for work
"Soph, make sure to eat on time ! Don't let your work stresses you out too much okay ? Also, don't be shy to ask for help with others" I reminded her
"Will do !!! Thanks for the reminder honey ~ I love you ~" said Sophia before getting into her car
"Love you too" I smiled as I got into mine.
We went our own separate ways afterwards and that's how the day usually started for us. It's still hard for me to adjust on having a new assistant despite weeks have passed, but do you blame me ?? Sophia was such a diligent worker that I didn't know not having her around can be a bit of an inconvenience.
But she was still new in the field right ?? Yet how could she managed thing so well ?? I seriously respect her in a lot of ways.
Like... How can someone be so perfect ? She's literally every positive traits that you could describe her with. Though listening to her pasts, she's quite unlucky with guys. Must've been hard.
I brushed all of my thoughts away and just drove to my workplace which took around 20 to 30 minutes. Did my usual routine, checked in and went straight to my office to start on my work.

When I've arrived at the building, I went straight to my studio to listen again to the tracks that I've done so far. Well... I do have my own style in producing and usually I really really love making ballads. It just felt right in a lot of ways.
I do hope that at least one of it would get an approval. After that it's gonna be the process of lyrics writing and the composing and producing comes after.. I'm honestly really nervous about it, ESPECIALLY since they were really insisting on using one of my tracks for Soonyoung's comeback.
A solo artist or more specifically idol debuted under the name Hoshi... Someone who is well-known in the industry.... Having a song made by a complete NO ONE and new to all of this.... I am just praying that this won't be a disaster.
I waited for 1 and a half hour, ANXIOUSLY. I'm seriously not ready. It's been a long time ever since I've felt this type of emotion since I was only working at an office right after graduation. Having to do something that I used to do as a hobby only back in the days made me really anxious.
"We're here !!!" The door flung open, revealing Soonyoung, Jihoon and Hansol
"O-oh-- Good morning you three,,,," I greeted
"Good morning ~" said Soonyoung with a wide smile but immediately faded when he saw my expression
"Are you feeling alright Sooyoung ?? You don't look so well" said Soonyoung as his happiness turned into worries in a second
"I-I'm fine ! I'm just a bit... Anxious." I stated as I looked down
"Anxious of ?" Hansol raised his eyebrow
"Ummm,,,," I fiddled with my fingers
"Anxious about we're checking the tracks that you've done so far ???" Jihoon asked and I nodded
"Bae don't be like thattttt. Everything's you've made has been a masterpiece and we all know that. There's no need to be sooo anxious about it" said Soonyoung, trying to reassure me
"You've done this for years already, even Mingyu and Wonwoo hyung have said you're really great in this field and so far everything you've made are really really great" said Hansol
"Besides, I can help with a lot of stuffs and this is only a part of the process. There's no need to worry about it" said Jihoon
They were reassuring for god knows how long and I finally felt way better and decided to play all of the tracks that I've done so far. I've made around 4 to 5 tracks and 3/5 tracks were ballads
"I don't know what you were anxious about. All of it sounded amazing and it really brought out your style a lot. Of course the three of us are going to help in some parts to make it more "Hoshi-like" but overall, all of it are decent" said Jihoon
"I'd like to see Jihoon or Hansol use any of these for their comebacks too omg" said Soonyoung
"Kwon Soonyoung, focus" Jihoon scolded
"So which one do you like hyung ?" asked Hansol
"I'd go with the ballad for sure. Since it really really brought out Sooyoung's style, I think it's safer to use ballads. After all, I would like to promote this too so I gotta lay low a bit in dancing" Soonyoung chuckled
"You say that but then you'd suddenly have a whole choreography for a whole ballad for god knows why" I crossed my arms
"You know me well ~" Soonyoung laughed
"So which track hyung. 3 out of 5 are ballads" said Hansol
"The second track caught my attention so I'm going with that ! Plus, it do have a hint of MY kind of vibe soooo yeah !" he said excitedly
"Well we'll be working on it as soon as possible and let's see how it'll work okay ? After that we have to have another meeting with the other producers and well" said Jihoon
"Okay I gotta go train now so I'll catch y'all during lunch hehe !" said Soonyoung as he was about to leave
"Work hard my prince" I bid my farewell and he did too. So does the others
We then started to work on the track a bit. Y'know, to make it sounded better especially having these two specialists beside me. After that we worked on the lyrics together. Since this would be a demo for now, the lyrics are kind of temporary since there might be a few changes there and there. Jihoon and Hansol taught me a lot as well
You could say... This is only the beginning.
