After we had lunch, we went straight to the furniture shop nearby. We spent like an hour there to be honest. Having to discuss and all. Though it wasn't exhausting, it was rather enjoying. We argued about who's paying and even argued about the importance of the furnitures.

I ended up paying for it of course. She was kind of sulking but I could tell she was just joking with that. Honestly, it's cute of her. She's a lovely type of person and I'm kinda glad to have had to marry her instead of a nosy type of person

She's really the type to mind her own business and didn't even pry into others'. She took care of the house well too and have always greeted me whenever I came home and wished me luck for work everyday.

Soon, she'll be working in the same office as mine. As my assistant. Mother said she's really good at her works and I'm really sure she'd be a great help for me. Though, mother mention that she often overworks, so I guess I have to keep my eyes on her too.

I'm sure when she comes in the office people would be head over heels with her. Her politeness, professionalism, looks, well basically her everything would be able to catch everyone's attention.

Of course, both of us won't be saying a word about being married. Neither of us sees each other as couples anyways, so we decided to just use our own surnames

Well, 3 days passed just like that and she's finally working with me. My secretary was offered to work as a staff outside. I sent him to another intern since Sophia would be taking care of his works now.

As usual, 6.30 AM, I'd already get off of my bed to get ready for work. Sophia would always prepare breakfast and dinner. She just happen to love doing it. But of course, I'd help her too since I happen to love cooking too.

I wonder what type of clothes would she wear. I mean obviously something formal, but I just want to see her looking formal since it'll be my first time seeing her like that.

I grabbed my briefcase, tie and blazer as I went downstairs after switching off the lights and a/c. I went to the dining table as I put down my belongings on another chair beside me. Sophia's not here though. But I heard water running down at the sink, so I'm guessing she's in the kitchen right now.

Her plate hasn't been touched yet, so I'm guessing she haven't had her breakfast yet. I'll just wait for her.

I decided to check for my schedule first for today and not that long after that, she sat down facing me

"Eh ? You haven't eaten yet ?" she asked

I hummed in response, still looking through my schedules.

"Put off your phone right now. It's going to get cold if you don't eat it now" she ordered and I had no choice but to do what she asked me to.

I put down my phone and look up to her

"I was waiting for you. It'll be rude of me to eat without you" I said to her

"Eh ? There's no need to have such manners oh gosh ! After this, you don't have to wait for me okay ?" she let out a sigh

She was wearing a black turtleneck sweater with gray straight cut pants. She really is someone who'd wear something minimum when going out. But either way, she's attractive

Both of us ate our breakfast and waited for each other to get ready. I'm already waiting for her in the car.

After waiting for a while, she came out, locking the door in the process. She then came into the passenger seat, buckling up her seatbelt.

I drove to the building. Neither of us started the conversation for sure. Sophia seemed to be focused on the road, I guess she just wanted to memorize the the way I guess ?

I mean there might be some time she'd have to come here by herself so I understood it. For like a week I guess I have to drive her to the building. Well, at least that's what my parents ordered me to do so.

When we entered the building, you can bet A LOT of guys were attracted by her appearance and aura. Well it'd be a lie if I'm not. She's like... A whole different person right now.

She's usually really playful and jokes A LOT. But right now, she's really serious and you can tell she have experiences to be honest. When she settled down, she let out a sigh

"First day and I've gotten a lot of attention" said Sophia

"Well, you're pretty after all. Of course guys would look at you and would be charmed" I chuckled

"Guys huh... What about you then ?" she turned to me and I felt flustered

"I-I--- M-maybe ?" I replied, obviously flustered

Why am I only flustered with her ??? Maybe because peope rarely flirt with me ???

"Hm ?? Getting flustered there Mr Hong ??" she made a smug face

"Stop messing with me !" I frowned

"C'mon, we both know you love it when I mess with you" she smirked and I could've sworn I could feel my face burning up at this point.

She couldn't help but laugh

"Gosh, I can't believe you're actually flustered over my lame ass flirting skill !" she wouldn't stop laughing

It's not your flirting skill, it's basically because it's YOU

"Geez, you're not falling for me right ?" she chuckled

"Of course not ! I'm just surprised !" I protested

"Yeah yeah, whatevs. We're at work now, maybe we should stop" she laughed softly

"You started it !" I frowned

"Yeah yeah it's my fault" she giggled

"How can I make it up to you ?" she turned to me

I thought about it and something came to my mind

"You have to stick around with me for the whole day" I said to her

"You sure not something like you'd do every night when Ella came over ?" she smirked

"E-EH ?" I looked at her in disbelief

She laughed

"Joking joking ~ Stay by your side for the whole day ? Roger that boss" she still wouldn't stop laughing

"I'm not ready for anything yet" she said under her breath, but I can hear it clearly

"So Mr Hong, what can I help you for today ?" she asked

"A-ah, here are the paperworks that you need to settle by lunchtime. Can you do that ?" I asked

"Ah, I promise you I won't take long" she smiled and took the papers

"Goodluck on your works Joshua" she kissed my cheek and left to her desk.

Sophia why are you so affectionate towards me despite telling me we're just housemates ??? What's your intention and how in the hell are you even viewing me ?
