Jimin was hurt. He couldn't understand what went wrong. Jungkook stopped eating breakfast and dinner with him at home and so to have a conversation, Jimin goes with home cooked meals to Jungkook's office, only to see a sight he never hoped to witness

"C-Can we t-talk..." Jimin's cracked voice makes the two people eating each other's face look at him

"J-Jimin..." Jungkook pushes the girl off his lap

"Who is he, babe?" The girl asks confused

"I'm no one... I just need a few minutes with Mr Jeon..." Jimin says, he is heart broken and Jungkook panicked on how to make it all okay between them

"Babe?" The girl interrupts Jungkook's thoughts

"...could you please give us some privacy?" Jungkook asks and the girl nods before she kisses his cheek and walks away

"Let's break up..." Jimin says and Jungkook looks at the boy in surprise

Did our relationship only mean so much to Jimin?

Jimin sits down next to the man "I tried my best to make our relationship work.. I loved you so much that I even forgot myself... I did everything I could Jungkook..." Jimin says as his eyes tear up. Jungkook wasn't feeling so good all of a sudden - his chest tightened "....I don't think I can do anything more to make you stay... so this is goodbye ... take care and I hope you are finally happy for real this time..."

And with that Jimin leaves, making Jungkook finally break down into tears. Jungkook never imagined his life without Jimin - that was never a possibility in his book

Jungkook fights for his relationship. When Jimin left him is when he realised that he couldn't live without the boy - Jungkook didn't want it to be an option

Getting tired of the man's constant apology, Jimin finally decides to talk to him

"...I forgive you Jungkook-ah.." Jimin says looking at the man seated beside him at the park ".... because I love you ...." Jungkook's heart beat fast in happiness but Jimin's next words break him "...but I can't ever forget the pain you gave me... if you wanna make it up to me... then let me go... let me be alone... and in the meantime I hope you find the one you can stay loyal to .... sadly it is not me..."

And with that Jimin walks away and Jungkook's heart breaks again - he knows this time there is no hope

Jungkook watches with tearful eyes as Jimin walks up to his best friend Taehyung, who kisses his forehead

Jungkook let's out a silent heartbroken sob at that - Taehyung has always loved Jimin but Jimin had chosen Jungkook and now he has lost a gem. Jungkook watched as their figure disappeared from his sight - Jungkook knows that even if Jimin is not with Taehyung right now, it was just a matter of time before the boy saw how wonderful of a person Taehyung was

Jungkook stopped trying to get Jimin, only because he didn't want to make the boy feel burdened, but that didn't mean he never hoped for them to be together everyday

5 Years later

"J-Jimin?" Jungkook says as soon as he notices a very pregnant Jimin walking along with Taehyung at the beach. Taehyung walks away to let the old lovers talk

"...You guys are married?" Jungkook gulps

"Yes... been married for 2 years now" Jimin smiles at the man

"How about you..." Jimin wonders out loud at the silence that surrounded them

Jungkook smiles slightly- his eyes reflecting his pain "...Sadly I couldn't get over you... in the back of my mind I was hoping you would be it... but I can see I'm too late now.."

Jimin felt bad for the man who looked so lost

"...Jungkook I'm sorry... I never asked you to wait for me..."

Jungkook shakes his head "...I know.. I know... it was just willful thinking..." Jungkook pauses to look at Taehyung who was watching the two from a distance ".. he makes you happy?"

"Yes of course he does..." Jimin says smiling with love for his husband

It broke the man's heart

"I have to go..." Jimin says looking back at Taehyung

"Yea yea.. of course... and congrats..." Jungkook says, his throat closing in a sob

"Thank you... and I hope you find your one too soon..." Jimin smiles before walking away to his husband

I think I can finally move on now, knowing that you will always be safe and happy

Jungkook thinks before turning around and walking away, smiling to himself as regretful tears stream down his face

"Wow, that was an emotional story...blind is an apt title for the movie right..." Jimin comments making Jungkook agree

"Yea... and good thing that Jimin went with Taehyung... that bastrd .. what was he thinking cheating on an angel!?" Jungkook fumes

Jimin gasps

"What?" Jungkook asks confused

"Did you really just say Jimin made the right choice by leaving Jungkook and going with Taehyung?"

"I ... I mean..." Jungkook stutters

"Oh my God.. Tae is gonna freak" Jimin says taking his phone to call Taehyung

Jungkook smoothly takes the phone away "And how is he gonna know that?"

"Jungkook!"

"Hmm... I will return the phone after you do something for me"

"Like what?" Jimin pouts

"This" Jungkook says lifting Jimin up and throwing the boy over his shoulder and walking them to their bedroom

Jimin shakes his head feeling a smack across his beautiful ass

"Why did I even ask?"
