Ariana's POV
The sun shining right in my eyes caused me to wake up. Perfect reminder to get new curtains. I look over and see Dalton still sleeping like a baby. I smiled to myself as I kiss his cheek and get out of bed to go take a shower
I make sure I get the clothes that I'm going to wear for the day before I actually walk into the bathroom. Once I'm settled on my outfit, I turn the water on to the right temperature and get in. Before I actually get started with my routine, I let the warm water run down my body, slowly letting myself relax. Deciding that I didn't want to take up all of the hot water, I get started on my usual shower routine.
Once I'm done, I step out of the shower and dry my body off before getting dressed. I look over my outfit one last time to make sure that this is actually what I want to wear today. Now looking in the mirror, I see my face wash and put some on my face brush and began washing my face
"Oh good morning" I say as I step out of the bathroom
"Good morning, babe" Dalton said sitting up slightly
"Did you just wake up?" I asked
"No, I've been up for a few minutes now" he replied
"Well, I think I left enough hot water, but if you want, you can wait" I said honestly
"Thank you" he smiled
This was kind of awkward, maybe because we're still getting used to living with each other, I mean, it's only been not even a whole day
"Do you work today?" I asked
"Uhh, let me check" he said
I watched as he grabbed his phone from the bed side table and went to his calendar
"Unfortunately, I do" he said showing me his screen
A pout instantly took over my face
"But the day will fly by fast" he reassured me
"I know" I smiled
That caused him to laugh
"I'm just being needy" I said honestly
A cute little laugh escaped his lips before he spoke
"I'm gonna go take a shower and get ready" he said
"Okay" I smiled

"Are you leaving?" I asked Dalton as I was sitting on the couch
"Yea, I have to go get y/n, but I'll be back before you know it" he replied
I nodded as he walked closer to be and held my face in his hands. He placed a gentle kiss on my lips before kissing my forehead
"See you later" I smiled
"See you" he smiled back
With that, he walked out of the front door and locked it
I really didn't have any plans today since it's my day off so I decided to text the girls to see if they're free
