3rd POV:

The ashen-blonde looked at his now blue haired best friend, with eyes threatening to spill his tears. He admired him for a few moments in silence as their eyes looked at each other directly. He couldn't help but the let himself cry as he cling to him tighter.

"I-Izuku? Is that really you?" He said as he placed his head on his shoulder.

Izuku's eyes widened when he saw him cry out a river. He couldn't help but hugged him tighter in his embrace. A few tears escaped his eyes as well as he continues to hug him tightly, in between his arms.

"It's me, Kacchan. Its really me." He said as he rubbed his back.

Katsuki hugged him tighter when he told him that he truly was Izuku. He started wailing as hid feet weaken and he started falling to his knees. Izuku followed him and both were now in the waters, holding on to each other as they both cry tears of happiness to see one another again.

After a few moments with each other, Katsuki started calming down as well as Izuku. They hugged each other tightly and then looked each other straight in the eyes. Katsuki suddenly placed his lips on Izuku's and made the blue haired boy widened his eyes in shock, but kissed him back nonetheless.

"W-Why did you kiss me, Kacchan?!" He said flustered and as red as tomato.

"I just want to make sure that it's real." He told him as he cupped his face together.

They got out of the water and sat by the rocks. Izuku was leaning on Katsuki's shoulders as they watch the water stream down the falls. They sat quietly and listened to the water dropping down stream and listened to the birds chirping around them.

"Hey, Izuku, I'm sorry for what I said back behind that tree, okay? I-I d-didn't mean i-it I just-" he was cut off when Izuku kissed him to shut up.

"Hey, hey, just stop okay. I have forgiven you a long time ago, so please, let's just forget about that, okay?" He told him and he nodded.

Katsuki then wrapped his arms around Izuku as he placed his head on top of his. They sat their for what seemed like hours when it was only a couple of minutes.

"Where did you go, Izu? We thought you killed yourself, but how the fuck are you here?" He asked him.

Izuku only looked at the water before he gave out a deep sigh. He wanted to tell him but what happened to him seemed to unreal for anyone to just accept it as the truth. People would think he's crazy if he told them that he met a freaking dragon and gave him powers.

"When I jumped something happened." Katsuki then tensed up slightly but still continued to listen. "I fell into the waters but then I suddenly woke up and I'm underwater in the middle of the sea."

"What? How did that happen?" Katsuki asked.

"Let me finish and you'll understand. When I was underwater, something came up to me. It was a serpentine dragon that you see in storybooks or those in mythology." Katsuki's eyes widened and he remembered Nighteye's vision of AllMight's future.

"The dragon was named Umi, and she brought me up to the surface. Then we were at another Spring Waterfall, just like this one. She told me that the Spring was actually her home. She told me that I must've entered her home since I have experienced severe trauma and it led me to her place."

"I told her what happened and she told me that she can grant me wishes. She asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted to be a hero. She granted me that wish and I was given a power to control and shape water."

Katsuki's eyes widened when Izuku told him that he has now a quirk. His eyes brightened and hugged the boy tightly and Izuku only giggled with his cute reaction.

"So you have a quirk now! You could totally be a hero now, Izu!" Katsuki told him with an enthusiastic expression.

Izuku nodded, "Yeah, I can control the water around me and shape them and stuff." He explained.

He then raised his hands and the water started rising up. He then turned his hand into a fist and the water followed and shaped itself to turn into a fist. Katsuki was amazed by this and couldn't keep his eyes off the now fist of water. Izuku then dropped his hand and it turned back to normal water, and splashed down back into the spring.

"That's so cool, Izu. You could totally be a hero and crush that bitch Izumi." Katsuki said with a grin that honestly made Izuku laugh out loud.

"I can also turn my body into water." He told him as his arm turned into a water tentacle. (Just imagine that armless lady from Legend of Korra!) Katsuki touched it and it really was water. He then turned it back to his normal hands.

"So, how about you, Kacchan. How have you been." He asked.

"I've not been that great since you left. I cried for weeks but I kept myself together and started training. I wanted to be a hero for you." He said embarrassingly as his face blushed with a rose tint color.

Izuku felt so touch and hugged him tightly while giggling. He then placed a soft kiss on his cheeks that made Katsuki flustered even more.

"That's sweet Kacchan, but now I want us to be heroes together. I am sorry that I left you, but I'm happy that you still thought of me eventhough you thought I was dead." Katsuki then kissed his forehead.

"I'll never forget about you, Izu." This statement made Izuku smile.

For the remainder of their time, they sat and talked to each other. Katsuki told Izuku all that has happened since his disappearance.

Be told him that the Yagi's were severely punished by the Hero Commission and got their hero payments reduced to about 80%, thanks to Nezu. He also told him that Izumi had almost little to no chance in getting admitted to UA since Nezu was still piss with her. He also mentioned that AllMight and Esper received a lot of backlash to the public view on them and they lost a lot of fans.

He also mentioned the riots that had occurred about equality for those with weak quirk and for those who are quirkless. He also told him that Spring Waterfall was named after him. This caught Izuku off guard as Katsuki pointed to a small statue of him where flowers and candles decorated it.

"Woah, so like, I'm famous now 'cause I tried to kill myself?" Katsuki nodded.

"Those riots actually worked and the government made even stricter laws for the discrimination of the quirkless and those with weak quirks."

Izuku was taken aback by this. Because of him being gone, people made a difference and started acting to make a change for the betterment of society. This move Izuku to tears a bit as he wiped them instantly so that Katsuki won't see it.

They decided to leave the spring waterfall and head back. They walked side to side and Katsuki slipped his fingers through Izuku's hand, locking them together. Izuku gripped on his hands tightly as he leaned his head against his shoulder, since he's taller, and continued to walk away from the woods.

"Where do you wanna go now, Izuku?" Katsuki asked.

Izuku didn't know what to answer. He then remembered his Uncle Aizawa and had been wanting to see him.

"Can we go see Uncle Aizawa? I want to see him 'cause I miss him so much." Izuku said and Katsuki nodded.

Aizawa was currently at his home sleeping like always. Katsuki knows where he lives because he has been there visiting him since Izuku was announced dead. Aizawa was living with his husband Hizashi and their adopted son Hitoshi.

After a year of Izuku's death, Aizawa found Hitoshi in a horrible state. He was covered in bruises and wounds. He decided to adopt him and get him away from his abusive home. He was abused because of his quirk and both parents were jailed immediately because of the new laws implemented by the government.

He now lives with Aizawa and Hizashi, and legalky changed his name to Hitoshi Aizawa.

Aizawa continued to sleep when suddenly the door bell rang. He grumbled his way to the door and opened it, to be met with problem child Katsuki and another kid. His eyes widened when he recognized his face eventhough there was a change in hair and eye color.

"Hi, Uncle Aizawa!"
