Ken: We are going to North Carolina, soon!
Brandon: When?
Ken: We will be leaving on Monday, August 2nd.
Kyle: I look forward to it!
Me: So do I!
Nathan: Where in NC?
Ken: We are going to Williamston NC. We will be staying at the Hampton Inn.
Sword-Blackner: North Carolina? Sounds like fun!
Matilda: Ooh! Can Damien and I be roommates?
Ken: Sure!
Matilda: Yay!!!
Me: Alright!!!
SkittishReflections: This is gonna be fun!
Ken: Gonna be hot in North Carolina, no doubt!
Nathan: So?
Ken: Its a different kind of heat in North Carolina, than here in Connecticut!
Nathan: It gets hot everywhere! What difference does it make?
Ken: Never mind.
Me: I know that the thunderstorms in North Carolina are way more intense, than the ones here in Connecticut!
SkittishReflections: Oof! Different climate!
Me: Indeed!
Angela: North Carolina is gonna be amazing!
Steven: Are we gonna be close to Raleigh?
Me: No.
Brandon: I have family in Charlotte.
Nathan: What's so special about North Carolina?
Ken: Its known as the Tar Heel State. Lots of tourist attractions! The Wright Brothers Memorial in Kitty Hawk, the Outer Banks, Biltmore Estate in Asheville, the USS Battleship Memorial in Wilmington, and so much more!
Nathan: Is North Carolina mostly black people?
Me: I guess? I know in towns like Windsor, and Ahoskie, its mostly black people.
Nathan: Just wanted to make sure, we weren't going to a state that has mostly white people.
Trevor: Nathan, knock it off!
Ken: Nathan, watch it!
Nathan: Its just that, I hung out with a lot of black people, back in Texas. I want to be with my own kind.
Alan: Stop with the race card, already! We're looking forward to North Carolina, and you have to turn this into an issue about race!
Daniel: Exactly! Not like we're going to Mississippi, or Alabama! Those states are actually pretty racist, even today!
Magical_Taylor: Exactly! Who cares, if North Carolina has a lot of black people? What matters, is that we're gonna have a good time!
Diane: Facts! Are we going to Nags Head?
Ken: More than likely.
Iris: How long are we gonna be in NC?
Ken: We are coming back Sunday, August 8th.
Iris: Okay.
Andrea: North Carolina, here we come!

Steven: North Carolina is just like Texas!
Richard: In terms of what?
Steven: The heat!
Richard: Have you ever been to North Carolina?
Steven: No.
Richard: Then, shut up.
Emma: Any chance of thunderstorms in NC?
Ken: I don't know.
Iris: Are we taking Interstate 95, to get to North Carolina?
Ken: No, we're taking US 13 south!
Iris: Alright.
