Alan: Emma, do you have anxiety?
Emma: Yes, very severe anxiety.
Alan: What triggers it?
Emma: Thunderstorms, blizzards, people crying, and large crowds.
Alan: I see. You should try deep breathing methods. To calm yourself.
Emma: Okay.
Alan: Try it.
Emma: *inhales, then exhales*
Alan: Again.
Emma: *inhales, then exhales*
Alan: One more time.
Emma: *inhales then exhales*
Alan: Do you feel relaxed now?
Emma: Somewhat.
Alan: Good.
Me: Try meditation. That helps, too.
Emma: Okay!
Matilda: A lot of meditation videos on YouTube, you can check out. Also, yoga.
Me: Namaste.
Alan: Indeed.
