I turned my head and saw Billie. The last time we properly talked was like middle school, and she was just asking for an eraser. I stood up from my lunch table and made my way over.
"yeah?" i asked with my arms crossed...
As I entered my house returning from school, I yawned and placed my bag down. I walked into the kitchen and wrapped my arms around my mom.
"Hey hun, how was your first day" she played with my hair. "Interesting" I giggled. "Whats funny?" She chuckled. "Nothing. What's for dinner?" I asked pulling away.
"Im thinking of just ordering thai food" she said putting dishes away. "Ouu yum. Order my usual, im just gonna take a nap" I said. "Okay, enjoy baby" she kissed my head.
I took my bag and brought it to my room. I placed it down and pounced onto my bed, exhausted. As I was about to close my eyes, my phone pinged.
I grabbed it and sleepily looked it. I rolled my eyes already knowing who it was.
Unknown: hey wifey Read 4:32 p.m.
Me: bro I'm too tired forthis shit
Unknown: too tiredfor what🤨🤨
Me: to be playing this game rn.
Unknown: aye im just preparing😏
Me: im going to bed. Goodnight.

I pushed "stop" on my alarm and opened my eyes. The bright light from the sunrise beamed in at my face. I sat up and rubbed my eyes before standing to go to my bathroom.
I took a quick shower and got out, wrapping a towel around me. "What to wear, what to wear..." I asked myself searching through my things. I smiled as I pulled out some cute things and layed them on my bed. I grabbed fresh underwear and got dressed.

After doing my hair and makeup, I grabbed my bag and skipped downstairs. "Hi mommy" I came over and hugged my mom. "Morning sweetheart. I'm making French toast, you want some?" She asked cracking the eggs into a bowl and adding cinnamon. "Ouu yes please" my mouth watered at the thought.
As I placed my bag down, my phone buzzed.
Billie: send ur location.
Me: erm why may Iask?..
Billie: because if we're going to be a 'couple', we sorta need to show up to school together
