MASONS POV
The gun was shot. I hid my face and turned back to where she was standing. She was gone. Where did she go. I scream her name, "Bethany?!" I look around the cafe and find a little drop of her blood on the ground. She was shot. What have I done. I start to cry then get an idea. I called Sadie and she picked up, "what do you want?"
"Sadie thank you for answering, we have a big problem." I said
"What?"
"Well there was a shooting here at Starbucks, and Bethany got shot. I'm guessing the shooter took her with it. I need you're help."
"Wait, what is today?"
"August,18 duh."
"Crap. Okay, well I don't know if she told you about this one person that has been threatening her, but it said she should watch her back on this day. I bet that "K" shot and took Bethany."
"What! Someone was threatening her?"
"Just meet me at the school gazebo in 10 mins. and we'll discuss the plan."
"Okay meet you there." With that I hung up and ran to my car. "We're gonna find you Bethany, I promise."
