Katniss POV

I pull away.
"I love you Peeta."
"I love you too Kat."
"Always."
We stand so that our foreheads are touching. "Always," Peeta whispers.
Then, ring ring, a phone call interrupts the peaceful silence.
"I'll go get it," I say and walk over to the phone.
"Hello?" I say as I answer it.
"Ah, yes, hello Ms. Everdeen."
"Hello. May I ask who is speaking?"
"Oh! How rude of me. I am Dr. Collins, but you may call me Suzanne."
"Okay, Suzanne."
"I call to inform you on the recovery of your sister."
I then drop the phone.
"Katniss," Peeta asks.
I turn to face him.
"Are you alright?"
I nod my head and pick up the phone.
"Sorry Suzanne. I dropped the phone."
"Oh, it's okay. Now, as I was saying, I have news about your sister Primrose."
"Prim is, gulp, dead." I choke, trying to hold back tears.
"That is where you are wrong. You see, right before the last bomb blew up, Primrose discovered a hidden trap door and used it, saving her life."
"Why has it took this long to find her!?"
"The people on clean-up duty in the capital covered up the trap door and Primrose couldn't get out. We found her about a month ago. We would have called you sooner, but she was in recovery. I think she may possibly be fully healed and ready to go home. We would like for you to come to the capital. I have a hovercraft prepared to pick you up at your house in victors village. Is that alright?"
"Yes. Am I allowed to...bring someone along?"
"Erm...sure? May I ask who it is?"
"Umm, Peeta Mellark."
Peeta must have heard me say his name, because he jumps.
"Yes," Replies Suzanne, "He may accompany you."
"Great."
"We will be there in an hour. Good bye."
"Bye."
I hang up and turn to Peeta.
"Peeta."
"Yes?"
"A capital hovercraft is coming to pick us up."
"Why?"
"Prim is alive."
