"Oh yes, you know who Carapace is! I would enjoy seeing him."

"Good. Things will work out!"

Master Fu comes back in then, carrying a jar.

"I will show you the recipe for the power ups now. Tear of Joy is exactly what it sounds!"

"So if we're making this, we might as well get some memes."

"Some what?"

"You don't know what memes are?!"

"No?"

"We're gonna be learning a lot from each other." You smile knowingly.

After showing him and the kwamis many memes and other media that gave you quite a few tears of joy, he didn't really understand.

"I don't see what's so funny?"

"Nino says this one!"

"Darling, I love you, but you have a strange sense of humor." Are some comments from them.

"Hey, at least it wasn't all puns, that's what Adrien would show you!"

"There was quite a few puns." Kaalki reminds you.

"Yeah, but not all of them!"

"Well. I think we have plenty of joyous tears for the recipe, so let's get started." Master Fu says.

He shows you it all, while you try to remember as much as possible.

You leave after spending a few hours there, and return home.

That night as soon as you hear a knock at your balcony, you rush to  open it, and are greeted with a flashing green light.

You quickly let them inside, and Adrien gives Plagg some cheese.

"Was this better? You're not gonna be all mad at me for leaving him in the cold?" Plagg asks.

"Maybe, if you're not gonna be mad at me for this." You respond, shooting Adrien a wink then leaning up to kiss him.

"Gross! I don't think I can!"

You and Adrien laugh as Plagg flies away, probably to the couch.

"So, how was Guardian training?" Adrien asks.

"Fun! I talked to Kaalki, and introduced them to memes!"

"Did you do most of the teaching then?" He chuckles.

"Kinda. I also told Master Fu about the Sundrop, and I told him that he could keep himself young."

"Oh right, I hadn't thought of that. Did he say he was going to?"

"Not really. He said he'd think about it."

"Huh. Maybe he's just ready to meet with Marianne."

"Who's that?"

"Uh, I'm not really sure on their relationship status, but they have something going on." He shrugs.

"Oh, he did mention he has other reasons for stopping."

"Yeah, that may be it."

"That's sweet. Wait, was he not able to be with Marianne because he's the Guardian?"

"I guess so."

"If I become Guardian that doesn't mean we can't be together, right?"

"Gosh, I hope not." Adrien says, getting a worried frown as he pulls you into a hug.

"Me too. I'll have to ask. If that's the case, I don't know if I could accept the job."

"But y/n, you would love it! When you met the kwamis when we returned your glasses after seeing Lila, I was talking to Master Fu about how well you do with them. You would be perfect for it!"

"But I love you! I don't want to have to end this. We already have to do so much for our protection, we can't break up just to keep the slight chance of danger away!"

"Oh, Angel. I love you too. I'll help in any way I can to guard the box, so maybe if we just do everything we can to keep it safe, things will be alright?"

"I hope so." You bury your face in his chest.

"Hey, remember what you told me? If we love each other, we'll find ways around anything else." He says gently, rubbing your back.

"Right. We'll make things work."

"Defurnitely." He giggles.

You tilt your head up, meeting his lips.

Before you part, you hear a whooshing sound, and a grumble, before more whooshing.

"Was that Plagg? You ask, pulling away and looking around.

"Probably. Guess he didn't wanna see us smooching." Adrien tries to say with a straight face.

"Too bad for him, but I don't think we're done, hmm?" You say.

"Nope." He responds, leaning down again.
