DANG, IRENE. Back at it again with the headcanons!
Edit: I know this may seem odd, but I wanted to change a few things... Enjoy.
During the Dreamon Hunter time, the group had made a small mistake during the ritual to remove it, which resulted in only making it worse. While they did succeed in separating Dream from DreamXD, they didn't know that DreamXD was a balancing part against another dreamon that Dream had.
Lucid is a dreamon, along with Insomnia, the orange dreamon. Insomnia is the most dangerous dreamon. Lucid was a wandering dreamon before Dream made a deal with him to make Lucid leave Ranboo alone.
Dream's sword, Nightmare, is in Sam's ender chest in a shulker, along with Dream's other weapons (Dream's armor was lost). Sam tries to find a way to stop Quackity from hurting Dream, but he is told by Tommy to not put limits on people.
Bad is very aware of what Quackity is doing, but when he wants to tell Sapnap and George what is happening, Quackity is also nearby.
DreamXD keeps an eye on George for DayDream (That's what he, Lucid, and Nightmare call Dream) and often drops by when Sam leaves for home.
Jshlatt (known as Glatt) was Dream, Drista, and Tubbo's father, but in order to protect them, he sent Dream and Drista away but gave Tubbo into Philza's care.
Puffy is Jshlatt's sister and found Drista and Dream on a hunt she went on for food, so she took them in, not knowing that they were her brother's kids.
Ponk often drops by the prison to bug Sam into going home to sleep. He also likes Sam but didn't realize his feeling until he saw Sam sleeping.
Glatt is very sad about Dream being in prison and tortured by Quackity, even though he made a bet (which he won) with Quackity.
Tubbo found out about Dream being his brother by Glatt, who got onto him for "getting your brother arrested!".
The In-between is the domain of the Gods, where a sleeping GeorgeHD and NightmareDX are in their own secret rooms. This is where DreamXD meets with the god of the Nightmare SMP.
The 'god' of the SMP Nightmare (opposite Dream) is a part of is Geo:D, who is very attached to Nightmare due to his resemblance to NightmareDX, his lost (sleeping) love.
(My AU) DreamXD does not love GeorgeNotfound. He is a being that is faithful to one person (GeorgeHD) and hangs around Georgenotfound to have a reminder of what he is looking for. The same goes for GeoHD.
DreamXD wrote the revival book, but it was lost while he was looking for an ingredient. XD planned to use the revival book to find a way to give GeorgeHD eternal life, as GeorgeHD was placed in eternal sleep until DreamXD is able to do it.
(My AU) DreamXD is thinking of closing off the In-Between from Karl to protect Karl's memories, same with GeoHD doing this with their Karl (Jacob Karls? IDK what his name would be).

(My AU) Goodboyhalo still doesn't swear, but he was the leader of the group to get rid of the original Egg.
Ranboo is the nuke master of the Nightmare SMP, while Tubbo is the memory boy. They still have Michael.
Technoblade (Ghostblade) often keeps an eye on Nightmare when Geo has to attend to business.
Opposite! Tommy was the manipulator and manipulated Nightmare and Napsap (Opposite Sapnap).
Karl is still ready to end your bloodline with time travel and Quackity is ready to sue you if you hurt one of his partners. Napsap is the sweet baby of the poly relationship.
GeoHD is anxious about Nightmare's whereabouts and has had to be informed by DreamXD about what is going on.
GhostPuff (CaptainPuffy, Nightmare SMP) is still the (adopted) mother of Foolish and Michelle, who were taken in by Jschlatt (Nightmare SMP), who happily lives with his children, Tubbo, Lania, Nirista, and Nightmare.
Wilbur Soot is the 'Blood god' of the SMP. He is still friends with Jshlatt, who is his sparring partner. He was heavily affected by Technoblade's death.
Redza (Opposite Philza) is often seen as self-centered, but he does really care for his friends and family, especially Ranboo. He is still friends with Ghostblade.
Opposite! Niki often pleads GeoHD to ask DreamXD for the revival book to bring GhostPuff back. She often stays close to the ghost of her love and has been working on a home for them to live in until GhostPuff is ready to live on her own again.
Napsap is a blaze hybrid, but he is very self-conscious about it, so he only uses his fire when he needs to.
Eret was the king but stepped down to live a quiet life, putting Nightmare up as the king, with Napsap and Geo as his royal guards.
GeoHD created the Death book, which was immediately placed in an impossible-to-reach lectern in the prison, of which Ponk is the warden.

Karl: god of Time
DreamXD: god of destruction, head god, caretaker of the Dream SMP
GeoHD: god of creation, caretaker of the Nightmare SMP
Technoblade: Ya know what he is. BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD.
BadBoyHalo: god of angels
Skeppy: god of diamonds
GoodBoyHalo: god of demons
Philza: Crow Father, father of the gods
Sapnap: god of fire
Niki: goddess of water (based on the Origin SMP)
Ranboo: god of endermen
Tubbo: god of bees
Foolish: god of totems- can literally pull Totems of Undying out of nowhere
Sam: god of creepers
