So... While writing this, I realized that I can't find the heart to write angst a lot without having the urge to cry after writing it... But I will try every once in a while!

On the bus (With Nekoma)

Kenma Kozume sat next to the window, watching his GameBoy charge. Kuroo Tetsuro, his childhood friend, sat next to him, chatting with Lev, who had a sleeping Yaku on his shoulder. He (Kenma) was thinking about what the girl had said the previous day.

~~~~~Flashback~~~~~
"Excuse me..."
Kenma was sitting on the floor of the gym where he had plopped down after practice. Yaku, who had walked over to join him, looked over at the young lady that stood in the doorway of the gym.
"Is this the entire team?" she asked, tilting her head, covered with honey-colored hair.
"Yes," said Kuroo, as Kenma stood up. "Why? Is something wrong?"
Quickly shaking her head, the female responded with, "Nono! I got asked to deliver a message from Kiyoko of Karasuno."
"Message?" questioned Lev, walking over and putting an arm around Yaku, who swatted it away.
"She said that she wanted to make sure that everyone here wouldn't tell the secret and that you not tell someone called Tsukishima." came the response. "She just told me to tell you straight forward."
"Well... Tell us, but I'm not sure about telling us straight-forward..." snickered Yamamoto, nudging the player closest to him.
"Hush." barked Coach Nekomata, before asking, "What's the secret she wanted us to keep?"
Shrugging, the lady said, "All she said is 'Number 12 is blind.' I don't know who is what number, so I don't know who she's talking about." With that, she left, sliding the door closed behind her.
Everyone fell silent when suddenly Inuoka (number 7) said, in a small surprised voice, "Yamaguchi is... blind?"
Yaku, the small bundle of dynamite, exploded. "What does she mean 'He's blind'?! How did that happen?"
After the team let the information sink in, indignantly shouted about the news, everyone quietly agreed to keep it.
"What about Bokuto-san?" mumbled Kenma, a little worried about how the owl-man would take the news. His pudding-colored hair swished in front of him from a puff of air to his right, revealing Kuroo beside him.
Kuroo stood up as he spoke, picking up his school bag. "I'll take care of my bro and his boyfriend." Giving Kenma a little kiss on the temple, he added, "Make sure to go to bed at a good time, Kitten. We have a long bus ride ahead of us before we see Hinata."
~~~~~~Flashback End~~~~~~

"-ma. Kenma... KENMA!"

Jumping, Kenma looked up at Lev who was carrying a sleeping Yaku on his back.

"We're here. Can you grab Yaku-san's bag?" Kenma nodded, watching the asparagus carry the sleeping child-sized boy off the bus. Climbing onto the seat to reach the bags, Kenma contemplated how to keep the secret and help the freckled pinch server.

In the cafeteria (Yamaguchi's POV)

I was slightly nervous. I could barely see anything except for a few smudges of color in the center of the dark void, but hearing Kageyama and Hinata arguing in front of me and Tsukki as we walked helped me find my way around the tables with little to no incidents.

In areas I knew, such as my home or to and around school, I was a master at knowing when to turn. But new places...? Not so much.

"Are you okay, Yamaguchi?" came Tsukki's voice to my right as he sat down. Carefully sitting down, I said, "I'm fine, Tsukki!"

"HEY, HEY, HEY!" a loud voice crowed to my left. By that loud greeting, I could tell it was Bokuto-san, the owl man.

"Ohohohohohoho!" came Kuroo's voice to my right.

"KENMA-SAN!" shrieked Hinata, possibly sprinting to the pudding-haired gamer boy.

"Shoyo." Kenma responded, sounding like he was grinning.

"BOKE HINATA BOKE!" barked Kageyama, his voice growing faint from in front of me.

Listening to the people around me interact, I realized that... maybe... nothing would have changed. I still remembered what everyone looked like, how they sounded, the feeling of their aura, even when their emotions were different. I smiled as I closed my eyes, seeing Kenma hugging the smaller orange-haired Hinata, Kuroo pouting due to lack of attention. I could hear and see Suga laughing with Daichi and at Asahi, who had been kissed by Noya. I didn't want to open my eyes.

"Everyone, listen up!" came Coach Ukai's voice, shattering the scenes in my head, "It was a long bus ride to get here, so everyone can go to their rooms and relax! Tomorrow we will begin training."

Beginning to get up, I felt a hand on my shoulder. I smelt apples and heard a pause screen for a game.

" Hello, Yamaguchi-san." Turning my head, I found myself looking at a deep-brown to yellow blob. Kenma.

"Hello, Kenma-san. How are you doing?"

"I'm doing fine, Kuroo being clingy and bossy like always, but I'm fine. What about you?"

I laughed. "Still getting used to something, but I'm doing well."

"Getting used to what, Yamaguchi?"

Crap. Tsukki was still here.

To be continued... (maybe)
