Her voice was soft and gentle. It was soothing to hear to tell the truth. Like, nobody would get bored. I am still curious on someone like her is single. I mean she's perfect in a lot of perspective. I'm getting more and more curious about her.

I wasn't really expecting Joshua to get flustered over my teasing and jokes. Maybe he's not really a bad guy that I thought he is. Though at night it's kind of disturbing for me, but that's another story. I don't wanna get TOO detailed.

"Ella seems to come by everyday to our house. I wonder why" I said as I was scrolling through Twitter

"She just wanted to spend some time with me, that's all" said Joshua

"She's probably just insecured that you're living with a woman. Not to mention, a pretty one" I chuckled when I said that last part cause I don't really view myself as "pretty" to be honest. I'm pretty much an average looking girl that's all

"Were you roasting yourself Sophia ?" he laughed

"Maybe yes, maybe no" I said with a smile

"I don't know about the first part, but the second part is true" said Joshua. More to complimenting me that is

"What ? You're attracted to me already ?" I asked as I turned to him

"Sophia stop teasing me !" he whined

"I'm just complimenting you !" he added as he pouted

"Geez ~ Can't take a joke gentleman ?" I snickered as I went back to play on my phone

"Stoppppp" he whined

I couldn't help but laugh. In a span of like 5 days, we're already getting close. I mean I don't mind, he's a fun guy to be around. But having that Ella around just annoys me to death but I had no other choice but to act nice.

I wonder if Joshua even know how Ella is. I don't wanna say anything because he'd think bad of me so I gotta avoid that. At least I'd have to gain his trust before doing so.

"Hey Soph" he called

"Yeah ?" I responded, turning to him in the process

"Do you and Ella knows each other ?" he suddenly asked

"Eh ? Why do you ask ?" I tilted my head

"Ella mentioned about knowing you before. I'm just curious" said Joshua

Wow, what's that girl planning to do ? Make fake news about me to tell this dense guy ? Yeah, maybe that. We all know she just hates me to bits. I don't know why to be honest, but I hate her too so the feelings are mutual.

"Ah, I see. Well... You could say we do" I said to him

"How did you two know each other though ?" he asked

"I transferred into the same highschool as hers when I was around 12th grade or something" I replied

"Oh... Did you maybe did something to make her angry at you or something ?? She doesn't seem to like you,,," said Joshua

"Well... Nothing really. She probably hated me because I was close with her crush or something ? I dunno" I shrugged

As much as I wanna tell you, I have to hold myself back. I need to gain your trusts first before even telling you more of her bad deeds. I hope you'd see that she's literally just a manipulative bitch that wants to use you.

"Don't think much about it. I don't take any of it to heart" I smiled

I lied of course. I hate her guts as much as she hates mine. Probably more than her I guess since she had done TOO much to me. She's actually the reason why I've given up dating to be honest. Can't believe I married a guy that's dating her.

I just hope that she'd get a taste of her own medicine, but I have to be patient and plan things right. Who knows, maybe I'd be able to genuinely love Joshua. Who knows, I might even be able to accept him as a husband for real.

But for now, I just want to plan stuffs slowly so this'll be the most memorable and sweet revenge upon that manipulator.
