I had walked in Lizzie's place closing the door behind me. I tried hurrying upstairs to Lizzie's bedroom but I hear a knock on the door. This can't be her. Even though I really don't want to I'm going to have too. I went and opened the door and there she is it's my dear mother.

"What now," I ask her.

"I was just thinking that what if you could have someone in the future better. I mean you're young you have plenty of other time to date. I was just thinking that you could-"

"Why are you so against us so much?" I had cut her off from what she was about to say.

"I just think you could do so much better than that. Drew and you aren't exactly compatible. Look I'm just looking out for you because I love you. If you had noticed Drew doesn't really have much to offer you and I definitely know something else you don't know about them."

"Are you saying I can't be with him because you think he can't support me?"

This has been the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Why is this an issue such a big deal?

"Hey you two?" Lizzie coming from upstairs sees me.

"Hi Lizzie," my mom greets her. "And yes to answer your question yes. I don't think it's a good idea for you. I'm also saying you have a much brighter future. We can definitely get by without over working ourselves and-"

"How could you mom," I asked her. I feel hurt she's talking about him this way. I can't stand her right now.

"Mrs. Miller?" While the front door is still opened behind my mom. I noticed Drew is standing outside.

"Yes Drew?" My mom turned around.

"I'm really sorry, I didn't mean it to get this far. I also didn't mean to get in between your relationships as mother and daughter. I'm sorry for loving her too. I'll break up with her. I hope this help."

I was hoping I'm hearing everything wrong until I see Drew turning around leaving. He must of heard everything my mom just said. I hurry out the door but my mom hold my hand so I can't leave.

"Let me go." I managed to get away from my mom running after Drew.

"Drew don't go yet." I ran in front of him. I grab both his hand hoping it's an act his pulling or something but not breaking up with me for real.

"Drew no, no let's not do this not right now please no. Drew please, please don't listen to what she said, I love you."

He hold my hand instead gently. I don't want him to break up with me. I don't care what his situation is right now. I know I just need to be with him.

"I'm sorry," Drew said and let go of me. He walked past by me and leave. Why would he make such a big decision like that on the spot. I feel my hands are shaking and I don't know what else to do right now. I'm hurt, really hurt actually that I feel so low right now. My heart ache and so does every bone on me body right now is feeling it too.

I turn around and noticed Drew already in his car starting it from where I was standing. Running after him wouldn't help. I really feel like shit.

"You'll be okay," I turned and noticed my mom is behind me. I'm crying actually I didn't think I'd cry not this soon.

"Leave me alone," I tell her then walk inside Lizzie's place again. I lock the front the door and see Lizzie like she's waiting for me.

"He broke up with me," I tell her. She opened her arms coming to me for a hug.

"You can cry I know it hurts," Lizzie says. Crying my heart out. I know this won't help bring him back but I still can't help it. I almost had everything together with him and now I'm so confused it all just went away.
