Chapter 52
• the past few days have been silent. i haven't been on my phone, barely eaten, or done much but sitting and laying down, barely doing anything.
suna hasn't visited within those days.
i sighed to myself.
i got out of bed, i finally decided to talk to suna.
i got dressed and soon went down stairs in sweats and a baggy shirt.
i knocked on sunas door.
he opened the door and looked at me.
"hey" he said a bit shocked.
he was shirt less and his hair was a mess.
the door opened a little wider and i saw a girl in the back. she was wearing short shorts and a cropped tank top. her hair was in a sloppy low bun.
"hey rin, where's the cups" the girl yelled.
i recognized the voice.
"oh shit" he mumbled
"is osamu here?" i asked tapping my foot.
'this really can't be happening right now' i thought.
"no he isn't here" he said
"okay, bye then" i turned around awkwardly and tried to walk away.
"wait y/n" he grabbed my hand, i looked at him and saw his face.
i snatched my hand back and walked down the stairs going to the lobby.
i didn't know what to think.
i went down to the lobby and went to the indoor basketball court.
i got a basketball and started to play by myself.
i honestly wanted to clear my thoughts.
but all that was on my mind was what just happened.
did he really mumble 'oh shit'
i grabbed two carts off basketballs and set them up at the half court line.
i grabbed a ball and shot it into the hoop. i kept shooting the ball over and over.
"there you are" someone said
i turned around and saw eraya.
she joined in playing basketball.
we played a small one on one together.
i told her what happened. she felt and looked disgusted and disappointed.
so was i.
we played till it was dark and she had to go home.

i went back upstairs after cleaning up. i went up stairs and bumped into someone.
"sorry" i said and walked up the stairs.
i felt someone grab my hand.
i looked back and saw suna and the girl.
they were dressed up.
"y/n? are you okay?" suna asked, he looked sad.
he looked like he was crying earlier.
i couldn't feel any sympathy for him.
i only nodded and went back upstairs.
i rushed up stairs. i was trying not to cry. my hands were shaking.
i was about to open my door but some shut the door. i saw someone's hand and turn to see suna.
"y/n. what's wrong." he asked
"nothings wrong suna. everything's fine" i said
"if everything's fine why are you crying" he looked at me
"that's none of your concern. just go, she's waiting for you" i pushed him back a little and entered my apartment. i locked my door and made my way to bokuto. "bo!" i cried out and walked up stairs.
he was in his room playing on his TV.
he took off his head set and paused his game. he tilted his head and looked at me.
i tried not to cry. my eyes were watery and full of held back tears.
he put his controller down and took his head set off all the way. he walked towards me and hugged me tightly.
"hey it's okay y/n, let it out" he rubbed my back and hugged me gently.
i cried into his shoulder and he just comforted me.
i told him what happened and he listened, he tried to comfort me the best he could.
he carried me down stairs when he heard akaashi come through the door.
"what's wrong with y/n?" he asked
"you take her, i don't know what to do now" bokuto said
bokuto transferred me to akaashi and akaashi sat me on the counter. bokuto went back upstairs.
i told akaashi what happened, he listened and understood. he comforted me and gave me snacks and water to drink.
he carried me back upstairs and laid me in his bed. he laid with me and cuddled me, we talk about him for a while and how his day went.
