Present Day
She pulled into the new town Ever Falls and smiled. Her past was behind her and that meant a new beginning. As she drove, she bit her lip. It was another small town which meant everyone knew everyones business and here she was the new person in town. Everyone would try and be nosy to find out why she was moving into their town. She did not want constant reminders of what she was running from. Shaking her head softly she smiled at the trees surrounding her. She loves nature, it feels welcoming. She did not understand why but the forest always felt like home.
Deciding that she better eat so when the fam called, she would not have to lie, she pulled into a small restaurant and went inside. She went to a booth towards the back and started looking at a menu.
"Hi Hun, what can I get you to drink?" the waitress asked coming over.
"Just water please," Rose said softly then ordered a burger with fries to go with it. Putting the menu back she looked out the window at the trees swaying softly and got lost in her thoughts briefly.
