Blast to the Past (Part 1)

Sonic and Sally were in Robotropolis.

"It's cool." Sonic said.

"Ready, Sonic?" Sally asked.

"Are lambs woolly? Does lightning fork? Get a grip guys, I'm outta here!" he said and approached Swat-Bots. "Yo, you bot breaths looking for me? I'm the only one here."

"Hedgehog alert, Sector 7, Quadrant 5." the Swat-Bot said and fired. "Woah! Whatever happened to hello?" Sonic asked and the Swat-Bot continued firing. "Bahh! Haha! Woah! Ahh! Jelly and jam time!" he said and ran off with the Swat-Bots chasing him.

Back with Sally.

"Good luck guys." Sally said. "Later." he said and returned to Sally.

"They're in. 4...3...2..." Sally said and Sonic gasped.

"Cool plan Sal!" he said.

"Ahh, thanks. Where are they?

"Sal, over there! I'll get 'em Sal! Meet me at the junk heap." he said and chased captured Freedom Fighters and the door closed in front of him. "Open up, stupid door!"

"Hedgehog alert, quadrant 7." a Swat-Bot said.

"Aww man! Sometimes I seriously hate this job."

Later Bunnie, Sally and Knuckles were waiting for Sonic.

"See him Sally Girl?" Bunnie asked.

"Not yet, Bunnie." Sally said.

"Incoming Sugar-Hog!" Bunnie said and Sonic ran up.

"I was too late, Sal. They took them to Robuttnik's headquarters." he said.

"The Roboticizer!" Sally said.

"Yeah! We got to get 'em out!"

"Agreed, but how?" Sally asked.

"I hate when you ask that."

"Sonic!" Bunnie said.

"What!"

"Take a look."

"Sonic, what is it?" Sally asked.

"They're already robotocized." he said and Sally gasped.

"Oh no!" she said.

"One day Robuttnik, you're going down man, BIG TIME!" he yelled out.

Later they were in Knothole.

"No Sonic, It was my fault. If I had gone with you it would have gone quicker." Knuckles said.

"Come on Sal, I was too late." Sonic said.

"No, if I had spent more time on the plan, we wouldn't have lost them. I should've posted guards here, here, and here."

"Aww you can't cover everything Sally, Robotnik's too cagy." Dulcy said.

"Uh! That's no excuse! The plan was no good. Period."

"Aw, come on Sal. Duce is right. Robuttnik's holding all the aces. We should've taken him down a long time ago. Before he took over." Sonic said.

"Sonic, we were five years old." Knuckles said gently and but a hand on his shoulder.

"So, we were a way cool five."

"Well do it now, you can use the time stones." Dulcy said.

"Say what?"

"The time stones, you know. They take you back in time."

"Dulcy, the time stones are just a myth." Sally said.
