Everyone was having a great time until he came-
"Hey Guys, so what are you doing?" Dean Thomas said
"Dean you are not supposed to be here, we asked Snape if we could have the common room for the weekend and no one else was supposed to be here, and you can only be here if you were invited" I replied
"well, I just wanted to tell harry that we need to get ready for something important" he relied
"what is it?" Harry asked
"Professor McGonagall asked to see both of us" Dean replied
All of the sudden the speakers came on and Dumbledore started talking-
"Everybody in Hogwarts if you are hearing this message, you all need to come to the Great hall for an Important announcement" Dumbledore said
Everybody including Dean rushed out of the common room and we all ran through the crowd of people going to the Great hall, and once we got to the entrance of the Great hall we all saw every single person in Hogwarts there, including the teachers.
"what the bloody hell is going on here?" Ron asked
"I have no idea but it must be important" I replied
"yeah" everyone said at the same time
Everybody separated and went to are assigned tables, as everybody was still entering I could hear people talking about some tournament. Everyone had entered the room and we all went silent as Dumbledore entered the Great Hall-
"This year Hogwarts will play host to a legendary event: the Triwizard Tournament. During which time a single student gets to represent his or her school in a series of magical contests. Eternal glory awaits the student who wins the tournament" Dumbledore said
"The delegations from Beauxbatons and Durmstrang will be arriving at 6 o'clock on Friday the 30th of October. Lessons will end half an hour early. Students will return their bags and books to their dormitories and assemble in front of the castle to greet our guests before the Welcoming Feast." Dumbledore said
Beauxbatons was the first school to arrive, in a carriage pulled by a dozen Abraxans. After greeting Dumbledore and making arrangements to have her horses cared for, Madame Olympe Maxime and her students entered the castle to warm up and wait for the arrival of Durmstrang. A few minutes later, Durmstrang arrived via their ship on the Black Lake. After greeting Dumbledore, Igor Karkaroff and his charges, as well as the other students and guests, entered the Great Hall to prepare for the feast.
The Beauxbatons students took their seats at the Ravenclaw table, while the Durmstrang students chose seats at the Slytherin table. After a few words of welcoming from Albus Dumbledore, the feast began. It was much like other feasts at Hogwarts, but a greater variety of food was present than normal, as foreign dishes had been added to the selection, such as bouillabaisse and "a sort of pale blancmange". At some point during the feast, Bartemius Crouch Snr and Ludovic Bagman arrived as well.
"Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, ghosts and — most particularly, — guests. I have great pleasure in welcoming you all to Hogwarts. I hope and trust that your stay here will be both comfortable and enjoyable. The tournament will be officially opened at the end of the feast. I now invite you all to eat, drink, and make yourselves at home!" Dumbledore said
I looked at all of my friends worried if Erik was going to enter because I would never want to lose him, as the feast continued I was laughing with all of my friends about the movie that we had just watched. They all said that they couldn't wait to watch more movies with me tomorrow because tomorrow was a Sunday.
I as explaining to all of my friends the other movies we could watch, but then I had to tell them that we didn't finish the movie. They all replied saying that when we were finished eating we could all bring some of the desert and watch the rest of the movie at the common room.
Authors note: you all are probably wondering what about the other Slytherin's who need to get to there dorm. Snape is keeping them in the great hall with the other schools :)
We all finished are food, and as the purple magic wiped over the table we all grabbed as much as desert as we could and then we all ran past the Beauxbatons and the other schools and ran to the dorm as fast as we could and we got to the dorm panting.
"well that was a bit of a rush" Ruby said
"well, yeah I didn't want any of the teachers to stop us from taking some desert" I replied
"hey- um guys- me and Erik need to tell you something" Cedric said
"well what is it?" I asked
"me and Cedric are Entering the Tournament" Erik said
I ran up to Erik and gave him a huge hug and said that I supported him no matter what-
I saw Lily run up to Cedric and do the same and them something unexpected happened-
