Kabanata 32: Ang Pagbabalik

"I told you, I will bring my books with me!" I yelled.

"Vespera, don't be so childish please? Maglilibot tayo sa mall bukas, okay? Just take a rest, huh?"

"Fine!" I answered. Defeated.

We just arrived here in the Philippines. According to him, dito daw talaga kami nakatira. I don't remember anything so I can't say no. Besides, the atmosphere here is kinda relaxing. I don't really know how to say it but I feel danger? No uhm I think I'm just not comfortable here. Nasanay na siguro ako sa France. Maybe I'm too judgemental for this situation. I just realized that we're still here at the airport, waiting for tita Minerva.

"Hihintayin nalang natin 'yung sasakyan para maka uwi na tayo kila mommy. You must be very tired."he said, playing with my fingers.

"I'm very very tired."

"I see."

"Gutom ako. Kain muna tayo, please?" I pleaded.

"Sure. Your little dragon on your tummy will get mad if I wont give you foods." He chuckled as he kissed my cheecks.

"Yeah. This little dragon will get mad if you wont give me foods. Let's go, I'm really starving." I said.

He nodded and smiled which is makes my cheecks turned to red. I'm blushing, damn!

"What do you want?"

"Chicken fillet with rice." I answered as he open the door of the fast food chain.

"Hindi na tayo lalayo dito sa airport incase na dumating si mom, okay?"

"Hmm sure. Let's go."

He ordered my food with an ice cream. He really know that I want ice cream while eating foods. I looked at my plate, it looks delicious.

"Eat well, baby." He said, smiling at me.

"Are you sure you're gonna eat that? A single pizza, huh? Balak mo bang talunin ang diet ko?" I chuckle. He only have a one piece of pizza on his plate. No that bad since medyo malaki 'yung pizza.

"Of course not. It's just that I'm still full. I don't think mauubos ko 'to."

Nag slice ako ng chicken fillet at nilagyan ng rice ang spoon at tinapat sa bibig niya. "Eat." I said.

He chuckles before eating the foodbI offer. "Pag ikaw nabitin sa pagkain mo, hindi kita uli bibilhan."

"I have money, pwede kong doblehin o triplehin ang pagkain ko if gusto ko."

"Tataba ka. If tataba ka, papangit ka." He teased.

"I don't care, you'll still love me, right?" I smirked.

"Yes. I'll love you forever."

"Dapat lang. I'm Samantha Vespera Monteverde. Soon to be Mrs. Madrigal." I proudly said.

"You're really confident with my surname huh?"

"Ayaw mo ba?"

"I love it." He smiled.

"Maganda ba 'yung Samantha Monteverde-Madrigal? It's sound cute tho." I said while eating my ice cream.

He slightly pinch my nose. "That would be so beautiful to hear."

"Are we gonna stay here for good?" I seriously said.

I'm not comfortable here. It'a hot here and when I first step my feet here, I suddenly have a quick head ache. I'm scared. Maybe sa bansang ito namatay ang parents but somethings bothering me. It looks like magkakaroon ng thrill ang buhay ko which is I hate. Yes, I love reading thiller stories but ayokong maranasan 'yon. I don't think makakatagal ako dito.
