Hermione's POV

Everyone's chattering stopped abruptly when the DADA doors slammed open and Snape came gliding through, on his way to the front he used his wand to crash the blinds shut.

He grabbed the rope at the front of the class to drop a projector tarp from the ceiling

"turn to page three hundred and ninety-four" he drawled, everyone did as told, still confused, as to why was the potions master was in our DADA classroom?

I think I already knew because of a vision I had last night

Last night

"night guys I'm going to bed" I announced, already descending the staircase

When I got to my room I slumped into my bed, not bothering to change into pajamas.

Instead of drifting off to sleep, however, I got the fuzzy sensation that meant a vision was starting- again

A man, a man with scarred claw marks on his face, he was very familiar but I couldn't tell how...

he had a fat, pig-like ginger cat in his arms.

the scarred man was running over to the whomping willow, when he got there he let the chubby cat go free, the animal ran under the murderous tree's branches and pulled... a rope? Yes, a rope, it was hidden under the autumn leaves and tied to the bottom of the tree's middle

"thanks, Crookshanks" the man muttered to the now scampering away cat.

He ran into a small tunnel and walked, all the while seeming like he was avoiding something painful

He got to the end of the tunnel and pushed some vines out of the way to reveal a dirty and dusty house-like place,

where there should've been furniture there looked to be old scraps of materials and feathers, on the walls, there were multiple claw marks, there were tufts of fur here and there and every light seemed to be smashed

He ran quickly to the most boarded-up room and as soon as he had bolted the door he seemed to shift.

Is this Sirius? It can't be- no that's not a dog

that's a wolf!

I shot up in my bed, went over everything, and soon realized who the man was

"Lupin..."

Normal time

"excuse me sir?" every head turned to the golden boy "where's Professor Lupin?" trying to fix his wounds probably

"that's not really your concern is it Potter? Suffice it to say that your professor finds himself incapable of teaching at the present time. Turn to page 394" he had walked to the back and turned on a projector

"werewolves?" yes, you can read, well done Weasley

"But sir, we've just begun learning about red caps and hinkypunks. We're not meant to start nocturnal beasts for weeks" once again Parkinson was not there a few seconds ago, can she already apparate?

"quiet... now which one of you can tell me the difference between an Animagus and a Werewolf?" as usual Parkinson's hand shot up and snape ignored her "no one? How disappointing"

"Please sir, an Animagus is a wizard who elects to turn into an animal. A Werewolf has no choice with each full moon when he transforms he no longer remembers who he is, he'd kill his best friend if he crossed his path" uh- Parkinson, what's this about 'he' do you think a woman can't be a werewolf? Sexist gal

"furthermore the Werewolf only responds to the call of its own kind-" Draco decided to howl, causing everyone in the vicinity to laugh

"thank you, Mr. Malfoy, that is the second time you have spoken out of turn miss Parkinson, are you incapable of restraining yourself, or do you take pride in being an insufferable know-it-all?" this man is the king of pissing off Gryffindors I swear

"five points from Gryffindor" during the time snape was bullying Parkinson Draco had been drawing a picture

"that's good, but give it here" I whispered and pointed my wand at the paper "animatis" the picture changed back and forth between Potter being fine in a quidditch game and then the boy being hit by lightning

"even better, I'm gonna fold it" he started folding it into a dove, yes, you're hearing me right, a freaking dove

"That's- no Draco, you can't- that looks like a declaration of love for- I can't with you anymore" before I could stop him Draco had blown the paper dove to Potter

I hadn't listened to anything Snape was saying until Potter snapped back at him

"Sir, it's quidditch tomorrow"

"then I suggest you take extra care, Mr. Potter, loss of limb will not excuse you... page 394" low blow Professor, low blow.

When Snape stalked away from the raven-haired boy he opened the 'note' when he saw what Draco had drawn he looked over at us, I smirked and went back to my work
