Alessia's POV
" About time you got here! You only have 20 to warm up., " Aiden warned me as I dropped my bag on the floor.
I rolled my eyes as I got my gloves and tape out " I hear ya coach. Tape me up, please? "
I gave him pleading eyes as I held the tape out to him, making him roll his eyes this time. I grinned as he took the tape.
" Nervous? "
I shook my head as he started wrapping the tape around my hand, making sure to cover every knuckle " Should I be? "
He shook his head slightly giving " Nah, I think you got this in the bag. Just remember to stay focused. "
I nodded as he finished with one hand and started one the next. Once finished he helped me put my gloves on.
" Alright, go to the mat. "
I nodded as I jumped a few times, shaking my arms and legs before stretching my back and neck out while making my way over to the bag before jumping a few more times my braids smacking my shoulders lightly.
Aiden stood behind it as I raised my gloved hands before throwing a two one, left, right before throwing another left.
" Kick. "
I immediately jumped and kicked my leg out, swinging high as I connected with the bag. Aiden stumbled back slightly from the impact.
I didn't miss the small smirk that played on his lips as I swung a right again, making me grin.
" There are six rounds, you'll be up against six different fighters tonight. Each one with different strengths and weaknesses when fighting. "
I spun on my spot before kicking my leg out again, catching Aiden off guard and making him stumble to the side a little.
He shot me a warning look, making my grin widen.
" So I find their weakness. ," I said throwing my hands up before placing them on my hips.
" Use their weakness to your advantage. But do it fairly Lex. Don't forget no illegal moves. "
I rolled my eyes as I waved a dismissive hand " Yeah yeah. "
" You should be listening to your couch baby. "
I jumped at the sound of Hayden's voice, turning around I find him leaning against a row of lockers.
I smirked slightly " But why would I do that when I won against him earlier today in a fight? "
I tilted my head to the side with an innocent smile playing on my lips.
I heard Aiden groan as Hayden snickered " I forgot about that. "
