Alessia's POV
My back hit the hard training matte under us as Hayden threw me down again.
I huffed as I got to my feet once more " This isn't fair, your bigger than me. "
Hayden chuckled as he swung his right fist out, I dodge it with ease.
" No fight will ever be far Lex, you have to use your opponents to weaken against them. And never, lose focus. ," He says, as his other fist comes flying at me.
We've finally moved on to some self-defense moves and some practice with swinging a punch. I've gotten better within the last week, moving faster and faster. But we weren't done yet.
" Remember what I told you, Lex." Hay says as he swings again.
I roll my eyes as I dodge him again " Yeah yeah, I know."
I swing out but miss as he dodges my hit and swings back and hits my stomach knocking the wind out of me for a minute.
" You say yeah yeah like you listening Lex. But your not. Now focus. "
I grunt as I bring my hands up again, smirking up at him as we circle each other. He raises an eyebrow at me, before swinging again. I take a step back while bending my body down dodging his punch. I swing my body around, sweeping my leg out and knocking Hayden on his ass before quickly getting back to my feet.
" Whose the one not listening? ," I question as I stand over him with a huge smirk.
His eyes are wide with shock as he looks up at me, before slightly grinning and putting his hands up " Okay okay, you got me that time. "
I cheered and gloated some more by jumping around him, before offering a hand to hold Hayden up.
But instead of him getting up, he pulled me down and I crashed on top of him.
" Hayden!," I yelled before sitting upright on his lap and smacking his chest.
He chuckled before wrapping his arms around my waist, his green eyes shining.
" I couldn't help myself.," He says with a shrug.
I rolled my eyes, before circling my arms around his neck as I gave him a cheesy smile.
" ahem... Sorry to interrupt, but there's someone here to see you, Alex. ," Aiden's voice breaks through the happy bubble we've created.
I avert my eyes over to him, only to find someone else standing beside him. My jaw dropped when I met her eyes.
" Jenna? ," I questioned, even though I knew the answer.
She had tears welled up in her eyes as she smiled brightly at me " It's me, Lex... "
