Twenty-Fifth : Brotherhood

Jin looked at Yoongi, "Copy!". The number on the indicator above the door slowly increased, and finally, PING! 

The two man picked up their stance and point their gun up, ready to shot the incoming waves of guard, they were stormed by armed men, "I'll back you guys up!" RM voiced through his walkie talkie.

As the three men fighting against the guards, Seolgi got the news of his brother was coming for him and was nearing his room, "Let's see if he's able to survive from those men." Seolgi put up a small smile on his face.  He stood up from his office chair and grabbed the file about Y/n, then opened his desk drawer to take out a handgun and tucked it under his suit.

"Bring me to the highest floor." His loyal man nodded twice and walked out the door first to secure it was safety for Seolgi to walk out. "All clear." He said and Seolgi nodded, approving him to proceed to the other elevator.

They can hear the sounds of gun shot not too far from where they were, Seolgi walked inside the elevator together with his man, then pushed the button to the highest floor.

"Seolgi is going up in the elevator, I'm not sure where though, give me a few second." J-hope spoke to his walkie talkie while his hand busy working on the laptop, trying to figure out where Seolgi was going, he zoomed in the CCTV and saw him pushing the highest level, "He's going up to the highest floor!".

Jin was shot on his right leg and bicep, all the men in the area was already down, "Yoongi," He said as he slid down the wall, his left hand on his other bicep trying to stop the bleeding as the blood has already covered his sleeve, "Please, revenge for me."

Yoongi's eyes widen, "I can't do this alone, hyung!" 

"Ark!"

They heard RM winced in pain from the other line, "Guys, they discovered me!" RM yelled through his walked talkie, a few gun shot can be heard from his side.  "Hope, get RM and get away from here!" Jin said, his face scrunched up as he's trying to stop the pain.

"But you're also in danger." J-hope said, his heart beating so fast, this was one of the most intense battle he had ever been into, he never went in a war with only 4 members, more over, he's given more than a task to be the eyes for them.

"Just go, I don't think I can hold on for long anyway."  

J-hope was having a hard time to decide what should he do, he didn't want to leave any member behind, but this was a tough moment for everybody.  "Hope, there's more than 10 people coming, I need back up! I don't think I have enough ammo." RM yelled through his walkie talkie.

J-hope punched the seat and moved his stuff away from his lap, "I'm sorry, Jin, Yoongi." He said and started the car engine, driving to RM side to save him while he still can.

Jin sighed deeply, he was relieved that at least RM and J-hope was able to save themselves, but he was kind of disappointed he can't walk out from this place alive.  He looked at Yoongi, "Hey," Yoongi's breathing getting heavy as nervous filling his body, "Come on, let's finish this mission together." He said and put his hand out for Yoongi to reach, a small smile appeared on his face.

Yoongi looked at Jin's hand, "Hyung, I'm scared." He said.  "Help me up first,"  Jin wave his hand, signaling Yoongi to hold him up.  Yoongi grabbed his arm and helped Jin stood up, then he put Jin's hand over his shoulder.

"Yoongi, I don't think I'm upset at you anymore for divorcing my sister." Jin chuckled, he looked at the shattered window then up to the sky, it was clear and there's a lot of star, the view was so mesmerizing yet today wasn't as beautiful as the sky for them. 

"Don't you think it's awesome how we manage to went against hundreds of men with only 4 members?" He said then winced in pain as the wound on his leg started to hurt more, "I hope there will be another time in another life where everything is normal for all of us, and I hope we will have so much fun as we did when we were younger." Jin smiled widely.

Tears pooling his eyes, he never thought his adult life would be so harsh, it's harsh for all of them, everybody was trying so hard to survive their own life.

"Yeah, let's have a better life in our next life. I hope we will be friends again, hyung. I hope all us 7 will be able to hang out like before again."

"Oh," Jin laughed, "You mean with the 3 kiddos?", Yoongi nodded his head twice and laughed too, "We all went apart, to our own path, I miss high school years, where we're all still friends.".  Jin nodded agree, "Yeah, I miss us too.". 

Jin sighed again, "Let's finish this and get out from here.",  Yoongi helped Jin walked to the elevator and they went all the way up to the highest floor.

PING!

The two men walked their way out but Jin winced in pain, "Hyung, are you okay?" Yoongi looked at Jin with concern on his face, Jin used the wall to support his body and let go of Yoongi, "Yoongi, I don't think I can make it." Sweats rolling down his forehead, both shirt and pants was wet with his blood.

"Just go, Yoongi." 

Yoongi looked at Jin then to the room not too far from them, he can see Seolgi was standing near the window, his back facing them, but Hyurin was nowhere to be seen.

"Hyung, I can't do this alone."

Jin slid down the wall, his palm pressing the other side where he was shot, his lips were a bit pale, he rested his head against the wall, "Please," He sighed, "For both of us.".  Yoongi's eyebrows furrowed, the hall was silent and cold, the light were dim, Yoongi once again looked at Seolgi then back to Jin, "I'll do my best." He reload his gun, preparing for the worst even though his heart felt heavy.

Yoongi walked to the door, and saw it wasn't locked. Filled with suspiciousness, he skimmed his eyes through the area, but nobody was there but Seolgi.   He opened the door slowly and sneakily walked inside, Seolgi's back still facing him; as if he wasn't aware of his surrounding.

Yoongi pointed his gun towards Seolgi, "Where is my daughter?" He said in a monotone voice, there were no expression on his face, and his eyes were emotionless.

Seolgi tilted his head to the side, a small smile appeared on his face, "You're here, baby brother." He turned his whole body facing Yoongi, "Congratulation." He said joyfully while clapping his hand slowly.

"Where is Hyurin?" Yoongi tighten his grasps on the gun as he emphasized every word, his heart beating fast, anger filling his emotions.

"My niece? She's somewhere here," Seolgi said as he opened his arms, his smile never fade, "How about... we sit down and talk first?" He walked to the chair nearby and sat down.  "I want my daughter back, Seolgi. Stop fucking around like this!" Yoongi threatened as he lifted his gun to shoot.

"Are you angry?" Seolgi chuckled, he put his arm on both the armchair, exhaling as he leaned his back on the chair.

"Who are you?" Yoongi said as his anger and confusion clashed, "When did you changed, Seolgi?  How did it became like this? I'm your brother, not your enemy!".

A loud laugh escaped Seolgi's mouth, "You? My brother?" Seolgi shook his head in disbelief, "You're the one who ruined my dream first, so how does your own medicine taste like?" He yelled his sentence at the first half, but softly spoke the other end.

 "What do you mean?" Yoongi looked at Seolgi in confusion, his eyebrows furrowed and his thoughts was messy.

"How can you say that when you're the one who took Byul from me?!" Seolgi slammed his hand on the table, tears filling his eyes as he looked at Yoongi in ridiculousness.
