Summary from last chapter

Sabrina's P.O.V

Once I heard the scream me and Billie race out of our room into Naomi's room and see her covering her throat with her hands screaming and crying.

Sabrina: what happened what wrong

I say looking at royalty but she just shrugged and also started crying.

Royalty: I don't know we were just laying down and she started screaming holding her neck

At this point I was more worried then I was before that was until Naomi collapsed on the ground.

Naomi: a-air

Billie: OMG SABRINA CALL 911

I rushed out of the room and called an ambulance and they came and took Naomi to the hospital.

Me and Billie quickly gather the kids and take them to her parents house.

Then me and Billie and royalty drive to the hospital and noticed royalty was having a panic attack.

Billie: it's okay royalty your okay

Billie says trying to calm her down but I don't think it worked because she started shaking and crying even harder.

Once we got to the hospital we instantly ran inside and asked how Naomi was.

Doctor: she's in surgery right now but we will keep you updated

Billie: okay thank you

The doctor nodded and left the room and royalty was still crying and shaking.

Sabrina: it's okay royalty

I say hugging her but she just breaks down even more.

Royalty: I can't lose Naomi not like this

Sabrina: what do you mean love

Royalty: something like this happened to me a long time ago

Sabrina: really what happened

Royalty: well I had a bother named Austin he was my best friend and he was always there for me until one day he got really sick and my parents took him to the hospital and we found out he had some type of disease that effects his lungs so he couldn't breathe properly

She stops talking for a minute and let a few tears come down her face.

Royalty: one day I was with him in his hospital room for his birthday until he started crying and shaking hold his neck saying he couldn't breath and I quickly ran to get doctor's but they were too late and he passed away

Sabrina: awe royalty I'm so sorry you had to go through that

Royalty: its fine I just hope the same thing doesn't happen to Naomi because she's the reason why my heart beats everyday and the reason why I get up every day I love her more than anything else

I simile to myself knowing that Naomi has someone who treats her right and loves her alot.

Billie came back form outside and sits down next to me and royalty.

Billie: you okay royalty

Royalty: yeah I'm fine

Billie similes and hugged her and then  doctor comes back over to us.

Doctor: are you the family of Naomi Marie rae o'Connell

Sabrina: yes we are

Doctor: will she's in a coma righ now but is perfectly fine

I saw Billie tear up at the doctor's words but I was glad my baby was okay.

Doctor: we also had to remove her vocal cords permanently because they were causing to many complications

Billie: is that the reason why this happened

Doctor: yes she actually had a huge lump on her vocals cords that had bust opened and cause her to stop breathing because they were blocking her air ways

Sabrina: will she be okay after this

Doctor: yes she should be that's the good news

Billie: that's amazing thank you doctor

Doctor: no problem just doing my job and also one more thing

Sabrina: yes

Doctor: she's pregnant

Royalty: WHAT!!!!
