I wake up and see Isabella walking back in the room with pancakes and she similes and hands me a plate.

Sabrina: thanks Isabella

Isabella: no problem

I take a bite and since I haven't eaten anything since yesterday I inhaled the pancakes.

Isabella: so.. what are you doing today

Sabrina: I'm gonna get my stuff together

Isabella: what does that mean

Sabrina: that means I'm gonna talk to Billie so we can talk and go to the doctors because the voices in my head are getting worse

Isabella: I'm proud of you sabrina

Sabrina: yeah thanks for helping Isabella it means alot

Isabella: no problem

We hug and I take a shower and hug Isabella one more time and get in my car and leave the first place I have to go is the doctor's I already scheduled a appointment.

Once I arrived at the doctor's I sighed in and the doctor called me back and did a check up and I told him about the voices and now he's takeing some test.

The doctor comes back in the room and gives me an envelope.

Doctor: I think you should read it yourself

I nodded and left and basically ran to my car to see what's in the envelope once I'm in the car I read the envelope.

I reached over to my glove compartment and took my blade out but then stopped myself.

I put the blade back and call my doctor and he picks up.

Doctor: hello

Sabrina: how do I help my schizophrenia

Doctor: oh you can get treatment by going to therapy and I can give you some medication for the symptoms

Sabrina: okay I'll be back trommow to talk more about it

I hang up and sigh almost crying but hold my tears back and started driving to finneas house I need to talk to him first.

Once I arrived I hide the envelope and and get out the car and go to the front door and knock on it.
