Maroon eyes watching the witch flee silently, her gaze then sharpens as she returns her focus to the two soldiers.

“HEY!" One soldier yells, pointing his sword to her and gaining the other's attention.

Shit. Knocking them out would have been easier if she just shot them from afar but she's been caught.

She pulls an arrow back precisely and prepares to shoot the leading guard, only to find another soldier running towards her way too quickly for her arrow to change directions.

The soldier thrusts himself straight to her stomach, his arm shielding his head. Dhara gags at the impact as she is pummeled and pushed to a pillar. Red oozes from her mouth.

She sees the other soldiers coming closer with swords. Thinking fast, the hunter grips the bow behind her back and with no arrow, she strikes it into the soldier's stomach.

He lets out an anguished groan whilst falling to the distant floor, a hand over his stomach. The others charge towards her with no hesitation.

Eyebrows knit and with a scowl on her face, she hastily wipes off the sticky blood from her mouth. Clicking her tongue, she turns to the guards that are merely a few feet away from her.

She marches up to one of them, growling like a wolf and before the guy could react, she pulls her fist back and strikes him hard in the face.

“I don't like the taste of blood, you jerk!” The redhead shouts.

The injured guard stumbled away shrieking, his nose cracked and blood spurts from it. The other guard stands there in shock while Dhara shakes her hand free to ease the ache.

She darts quickly to the other guard, snatching her bow and pulling back the arrow to shoot. He scampers sideways last second and the arrow grazes his shoulder.

Growling, she pulls out another arrow and before she could shot, a sharp pain resonates within her leg. She yelps, her knees giving out. But her thigh, in particular, has a deep red slice within it. Seeing the injury up close, Dhara couldn't help but groan as more sting hurt her.

She raises her head and see's the stomach-soldier from earlier standing a bit far, holding his sword. She growls at him relentlessly as he walks towards Dhara.

She can still aim on the floor.

Holding up her bow it only took a mere second as the wooden weapon is sent flying to the floor farther away. Her head whips back to the panting and tired soldier now in front of her who begins to hold up his sword.

In a rush, she grabs the guy's leg and whirls him to the side. Weakling. But that would be hypocritical of her since she is also panting.

“Fuck you!”  She yells as she throws the guy aside, the one guard runs to her and grips Dhara's long red locks harshly, whirling her head around to stop her sense of direction.

The hunter yelps and screams, pulling and scratching on the guy's hand, jabbing his leg or whatever she could hit, but to no avail.

She hears a sword unleash or instead, being fastened back into its lock. Confused, she freezes, only to feel another sharp pain on her face, and another, and another, and another.

She is getting beat up, and it feels pathetic to her.

The harsh girl on her now disheveled hair ceased as she is dropped on the pristine floor, her face riddled with purple and brown bruises, and blood from her mouth. Her sight is blurry, yet she still manages to focus on the bow that is in a distance in front of her.
