Kimberly's POV

"Come on Kiara our appointment is at 9:30." I say "I'm coming," she says before she runs down the stairs and we leave before our parents can ask where are we going. "So how's you and your boyfriend?" I asked her "He's not my boyfriend," she says "Yet but how are y'all?" I asked

"Good," she says then I drive off "Hey Tiffany," we say "Hey guys Kiara you can go get ready I'll be there in a sec." she says so Kiara goes into her room "How are you doing?" I asked, "I'm fine just focusing on school." She says "That's good just know that she's proud of you." I say and she nods "I heard about the petition there's a protest today." She says and I nod

"Mackenzie isn't here yet but you can wait for her in her room." She says and I go wait in Mackenzie's room ready so she can get straight to work. "Hey, Kimberly," she says as she comes into the room "Hey Kimberly are you ready for me?" She asked "Which type?" I asked, "I don't think you're ready for the other type." She says

"If you say so," I say before she kisses me "You missed me?" I asked, "Yes you didn't answer my calls yesterday." She says "I'm sorry I went food shopping with my parents," I say "It's fine I don't want you to get in trouble, now do you want the oil hot?" She asked "Yeah but not too hot and you gotta wax me first." I say "I know the wax was heating up while we was talking." She says then we heard the door open.

"Um, why are you in here?" I asked as I covered myself "Sorry wrong room" Sarah says as she was about to leave but she comes back "So this is where you had to be?" She asked me "When did you start working here?" Mackenzie asked "Today," she says "Well go tend your patient so I can tend to mine." She says and she finally leaves with Mackenzie locking the door behind her.

"I bet she only did that to see you," she says "Well don't worry I don't think she saw me." I say and she looks at me I laughed then she rip the wax off me "Why would you do that?" I asked "What? My job?" She asked playfully and I roll my eyes but she leans down and kisses me before going back to waxing me. Then I moaned when she poured the warm oil on me and I think I saw her get chills.

I know I should be used to this but it's like my body is in heaven and I started getting butterflies in places other than my stomach. I got embarrassed when she got to that area its self knowing that she would feel my wetness but she didn't say anything just glanced at me.

"My parents won't be home today to next Sunday night because they're visiting some old friends and going to a funeral." I say "So are you inviting me over?" I asked, "Yeah but I gotta make sure it's safe first." I say

Now we're at the protest people got signs and everything this is what I love to see. "Make the change!" Everyone was chanting so we joined in there was a lot of people out here from all different communities, this is proof we can all come together as the big community we want to be. And that's exactly what I told everyone and I also told them to try and keep it peaceful.

We had to go home because the police were trying to arrest people we all ran so no one got caught. "That was fun but the police had to ruin it," Kiara says "Yeah it was, go inside I'll be there in a sec to make you lunch." I say and she goes inside "Are you staying?" I asked her "I have to go back to work," Mackenzie says

"Then come tomorrow if you can and we could go see the houses," I say and she nods before we said bye to each other. I made me and Kiara some burgers and fries, I had a veggie burger. "So are y'all dating?" Kiara asked, "Yeah," I say and she squealed "Kiara my eardrums," I say "Sorry," she says but then hugs me and I laughed at her.

"This is amazing" then she hands me a big envelope "What's this?" I asked and she texted me what it is "Oh thank you I needed these papers for my science test." I say before we go upstairs and I hide it then put on a movie while cuddling my cat Kiara got her dog. We haven't been in Kylie's room for two days so we go sleep in there.

"I've been looking at some houses," I tell her "Really you got pictures?" She asked so I get my phone and show her "The outside of the houses are followed by the pictures of the inside." I say "Are we going to see them in person?" Kiara asked "Yeah tomorrow if Mackenzie comes," I say "This one is like a luxury I don't think we can afford it." She says "Kylie's friend said she can make us a deal so it can be easier but we still got other houses to look at." I say

"True you know you should try playing the lottery Mackenzie too maybe it'll help." She says "If we win it'll definitely help us," I say and she hugs me "I love you" "I love you too," I say as I hug her closer "You know I have a crush on Mateo right? Kiara asked me "So you're finally deciding to admit it?" I asked her which made her blush "Yes but if you and Mackenzie get married-" "Woah hold up we just started dating and you're talking about marriage." I say and she looked at me

"Anyway if you and Mackenzie get married wouldn't that make him my brother-in-law?" She asked "Well you could still date him since you're not blood-related. You wouldn't actually be dating your brother." I say and she nods

Kiara's POV

After work I started walking to Mateo's job which is an ice cream scooper, he works at Ben and Jerry's. "Hey Kiara I got you some ice cream," he says as he hands it to me. "Thank you," I say and he nods

"We gotta talk," I say "About?" He asked, "How do I say this?" I asked myself "Well Mateo I know we grew up in enemy communities but I actually really like you." I say stopping and looking at him and he stood there not saying anything "You know what never mind we can just stay friends." I say about to walk away but he stops me.

"I don't want to just stay friends Kiara and I was shocked that you actually like me back." He says and I smiled "Well Mateo would you be my boyfriend?" I asked while blushing "Yes" he asked then we continued walking. "What took you guys so long?" Mackenzie asked

"Nothing," we say and they looked at us "Come on we got houses to look at." I say and we started looking "I get the biggest room" I saw "Yeah right," Kimberly and Mackenzie say and me and Mateo smirk at each other. "I don't like y'all," Kimberly says playfully as she walks away "Now you know that's not true." I say as we follow behind her "Are you sure?" She asked and I nod.

We viewed all the houses including the luxury one which I think we're all somewhat in love with but we know we can't get it. But then again there was a whole bunch of luxury houses here which was teasing us. But Mateo left because his aunt came and got him and I'm going to my aunt's house to play with my cousins. She just picked me up and I waved to Kimberly and Mackenzie as she drove off.
