Chapter 16:- Some Revelations

Flashback (Some time ago)

Sean and Leaf had searched the Team Flare ruins and collected some samples. Sean was testing the samples in the Lysander Labs and Leaf was searching the labs to find some more clues. Both of them were working non stop.
"Sean I don't think there is anything. It was a dumb idea of mine anyway." Leaf said dejected.
"Princess you are the smartest person I know. So don't call yourself dumb. And besides these samples are showing good signs. If we can alter and enhance the wavelengths of this energy, we would be helped." Sean assured her and Leaf resumed her search with more vigour. Sean meanwhile was just finishing his work when Leaf digged up something.
"Sean look there is something here." Leaf said beaming. Sean quickly went up to her. He quickly read the documents in 20 minutes and smiled happily.
"Princess, I told you you're a genius." Sean smiled and kissed her passionately. Leaf was still getting used to Sean kissing her so it took time for her to kiss back but she did. The kiss turned into a kalos kiss and after 5 minutes, they parted ways, breathing heavily and a string of sailva connecting their mouths.
"Wow Sean, when you want to kiss, you are too good." Leaf said breathing heavily.
"What can I say, I have been taught by a great teacher. Plus if you have the most beautiful girl as your princess, you are bound to get better." Sean said. Leaf immediately tackled him into a hug, smiling widely.
"You idiot, why do you make me so happy?" Leaf said hugging the life out of him.
"Well what can I say, I'm selfish." Sean replied.
"What do you mean?" Leaf asked surprised.
"Well, if you are happy I am happy. So that's why I do it. Plus I can get those hugs as well." Sean said making Leaf emotional.
He went up to her ear and whispered "And besides, I love it when those sexy breasts of yours are pressed against my body." He said seductively. Leaf was blushing now.
"Stop it. You're flirting way too much. Get to the task in hand." Leaf said blushing heavily.
"Well as you say ma'am. But I love it when you blush, you look really cute." He said making her blush even more."So according to this and my calculations, we can compensate for 15% of the energy we require. However, the mega evolution energy should be gathered by battling one mega pokemon of each type. So we need to fight all 18 types of Pokemon, capable of mega evolving. How?"
"Well, I have an idea." Leaf chimed in.
"I'm all ears."
"You see, in Kalos all gym leader's veteran teams have a Pokemon capable of mega evolving. I heard dad talking to Gurkinn when I was little, but I didn't know anything back then. But I found it cool."
"Genius as always princess. But you need to be an elite trainer to be challenging them. And as you know, we both are completely off radar." He said and the both started thinking. Surprisingly, Sean got an idea.
"I got the idea. Let's kill three Spearows with one Decidueye's arrow." Sean said smirking.
"What do you mean?"
"I have the perfect person to do this. My little bro Ash. He is the Alola Champion so he can do it easily. It will help him train more and plus....." Sean trailed off.
"And what?" Leaf asked smiling widely.
"Its time he knows everything. I have kept him in dark for quite a while. And he has the right to know. Everything." He said feeling guilty.
"Sean, however strong a person can be, he is a human. We all are human and humans make mistakes. And that includes you Sean. You don't have to take on everything. It's time you share the responsibility you have taken up with your family."
"Thanks princess. Let's go." And with that they both left on Char.

(Time skip)

Sean and Leaf were sitting in a cafe and sipping coffee. They enjoyed it in silence when something came up on the T.V.
"This is breaking news today. Champion Diantha has declared that she will not be entertaining any movie offers for the rest of the year at least. She has also cancelled all the current projects she has been working on including both movies and modelling. No one has seen her in past week. This information was given to us by her assistant. Yes, she was seen at Ash Ketchum's funeral but was completely silent. No one knows what happened but she seems really depressed. Thats all for now. This is RichardAdams live from the studio, KalosNow." The reporter ended.
"Well Sean, looks like we need to change course." Leaf said gesturing to her boyfriend. "You're right princess, little trouble needs me." Sean replied and they both set off to the Champion's Mansion.
