Lisa's POV

"Why are you here?"

I was stopped when I heard a familiar voice behind me

I suddenly felt that someone put an umbrella above me so I won't get wet from the rain

"I've been searching for you everywhere, but you're just here" He said

Even though I don't look back, I already know who he is

His voice never failed to hurt me

"Hey, are you akay?" He asked trying to hold my hand but I refused. Instead, I stood up not even looking at him

I don't want to see his face

"It's none of your business" I walked away but I saw him following me which made me stop

"Leave me alone" I said coldly

"No! What if something happen to you?" He said softly but instead of being happy I got angry

I looked at him seriously

I saw tears

He's crying

"Please Lisa, Lets go home" He pleaded which made my heart shatter onto pieces

"Please, I'm begging you" He tried to hold my hand but I refused

"—Don't" I said coldly stepping back

"Lalice..." His voice cracked which made me bit my lips due to frustration

I hate this...

"Please, Leave me alone for once" I said sternly but In my surprise He suddenly hugged me

"No, I won't" He started sobbing which gave a pang on my chest

"Let me go" I tried to break free from his hug but I can't

"Please Lisa, don't leave me" He cried but I just smirked

"Aren't you the one who left me alone when I needed you the most?"I sternly said which stopped him

"Why are you crying? You never cared about me, remember?" I said which made him release from his hug looking at me 

"Stop acting as if you care about me, because you never do" I bit my lips trying to prevent my tears from breaking through

"Lalice—"

"Stop calling me that way!!" I pushed him angrily whick made him fall from the ground 

"Lisa plaease" He tried to reach me but I stepped back

"Ever since you left me, I never trusted any person, because I'm afraid that they'll leave me just like what you did" I cried softly while looking at him

"Lisa, let me explain" He cried but I looked away

I hate this...

"Expain what?! Aren't the pain that you already gave me is enough?!" I looked down while crying

My vision started to get blurry due to the tears who keeps on streaming from my eyes

"Lisa, It's not what you think it is..." He kneeled down looking at me apologetically

"Then what?!!" I looked up seeing him tearing up 

I hate this...

"I Never left you!" He answered which caught me up looking at him seriously

"I-I never left you" He cried but I can't still understand what he's trying to say

"What do you mean?" I asked him while wiping my tears

"That time when I was about to take you away from your house, My mom was sent to the hospital due to accident, She got hit by a passing car that time, so I can't come by to you" He said which gave me goosebumps

"That time, My Mom was sent to the Hospital—" He looked at me 

"Dead on arrival" He continued which caught me off guard sending shivers through my spine

"I-I" I don't know what to say

"I'm sorry If I didn't came at time" He smiled bitterly which gave a hard pang on my heart

"I didn't Know that your stepfather would do that..." He cried 

"I don't actually know what to do that time" He looked down sobbing

"If I leave the hospital, I won't see her anymore" He said softly which made me fall on my knees

I didn't know...

"I can't leave that time" He continued

"And knowing that you got raped by your stepdad almost killed me" He looked up with his apologetic eyes which made me cry

"That time I was caught off guard. I even tried to kill myself" He continued

"I tried to jump down on a building but I can't. I even tried to drink poison but luck is just too good" He continued

"Lalice..." He looked at me

"I'm sorry..." He cried out loud

I can't help but to cry

He never told me those

He never told me that He also suffered because of me

I should be the one who's sorry

"Gguk" I sobbed and he looked at me 

"I-I'm sorry" I hugged him tightly
