And she was right.
Jeongyeon appeared with Chaeyoung on her tail and Tzuyu on the cub's side, carrying a bunch of plastic cups. Where was Dahyun?
“Sana?” the three of them asked at the same time.
“Hi?” Sana stated unsurely at Jeongyeon. The latter just laughed in amusement then walked forward to give Sana a small hug.
The two greeted each other while Momo stood there, staring at the maknae. “Tzuyu. Can we talk?”
Tzuyu just gritted her teeth. She was ready to face the inevitable, which was having thetalk with Momo. She decided to say yes and lead the girl outside as Jihyo and Nayeon looked at them confusedly.
Meanwhile, Dahyun was done cleaning the basement. She had lost a stupid bet and that was how she ended up doing it. But since she was good at almost everything, she had finished quickly. Sighing, she finally left the basement and was surprised by the scene in front of her. Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Jihyo, Momo and Sana were standing by the living room, talking about something.
“Guys?”
The unnies turned their heads at her direction, which made the raven haired girl squirm a little. She didn't like it when a lot people would stare at her.
“Dahyunie.” Sana was the first one to talk.
“Hello, Sana unnie– and Jihyo unnie.” she bowed politely then stumbled towards them, giving each of them a hug, including Sana.
She looked up at Jeongyeon then fidgeted with her fingers. “I am ready to go.” she stated. Her Jeongyeon unnie was supposed to give her a ride at the hotel she was staying for a while, since she didn't want to come back at her house yet.
“Actually, I don't think I'll be able to drive you.” Jeongyeon gave Sana a subtle glance with her mouth twitching into a smirk. “I need to do the dishes.”
“Oh.”
“But on the bright side, Sana will definitely drive you to your hotel!”
Both Sana and Dahyun were shocked, but it was more of Sana. Was Jeongyeon acting like her wing woman right now?
“Would that be okay, Sana?” Jeongyeon grilled, still wearing her stupid smirk.
Sana was pulled out of her trance then cleared her throat, “Yeah. Yes, sure. As long as it's okay with Dahyun.”
“It's okay with me.” Dahyun answered honestly. She didn't mind, really.
“Okay, you two may go now!” Jeongyeon basically shooed them away from the house.

Sana tapped her steering wheel as she looked at Dahyun next to her. They had been driving for a good twenty minutes now and it was awfully silent. She figured it was just Dahyun's nature. She knew that the girl wasn't really talkative when it was just the two of them. “Do you wanna play some music?”
“Yes, please.” Dahyun nodded.
The brunette nodded then played a random song.
Time, wondrous time
Gave me the blues and then purple pink skies
And it's cool, baby, with me
And isn't it just so pretty to think
All along there was some
Invisible string
Tying you to me?
Wow. That song lyrics hit different for Sana. Invisible String. Was there really such thing? It might sound really cheesy, but Sana believed that there was. A string that pulled her to Kim Dahyun.
“Hey, Dahyunie.” she spoke
“Hm?”
“Can I ask you something?”
Dahyun placed her own hand in her lap as she nodded. “Yes.”
It was now or never for Sana.
“If I– If I told you that um– that I still have feelings for you. Would you give me another chance?”
Dahyun just stared at her for a moment, which made the brunette feel anxious. “Do you?”
Sana raised an eyebrow, “I– I just wanna know.”
But Dahyun didn't answer. Instead, she remained quiet the whole ride.
Fuck. Sana thought she had screwed everything up once again. She just wished she could do something.
She stopped thinking too much, then stopped the car as they arrived at the hotel that Dahyun would be staying at. She was feeling really anxious, especially now that Dahyun wasn't moving in her seat at all. She was just about to ask, but the raven haired girl suddenly spoke.
“I would.”
“Huh?” Sana replied absentmindedly, as she was still spacing out a little.
“I would give you another chance.”
When Sana heard that, she wanted nothing else to do but to dance in victory. Dahyun just basically confirmed that she would give her another chance! Instead of replying back, Sana just let out a giggle.
“I will see around, Sana unnie.”
“You sure will. Bye, Dahyunie.” Sana smiled widely as she watched the girl leave.
