Hoseok's point of view:

"Jungkook, you better start explaining" Jin furiously says. We were all being escorted to the police station after they took (Y/N). What did she even do to deserve all that?!

"(Y/N) is actually a criminal" Jungkook says very softly. It was very silent in the car. Our brains try to process that.

"Huh?" Namjoon is the first to malfunction.
"What did she even do?" Yoongi asks with furrowed eyebrows.

"Yeah, wasn't that all a bit too extreme" Jimin jumps into the conversation.
"Yes. Very much so" Jungkook says, looking like he's containing his anger.

"So, she broke out of prison a few months ago. Hoseok, you were actually guarding her cell" Jungkook says and my eyes go wide.

"That was her? Why didn't you tell me?" I ask.
"I don't know. I don't know. I played her silly game" Jungkook says, very frustrated with himself.

"What did she do to get there?" Yoongi asks again.
"The most unfair ruling I've ever seen. She was caught breaking and entering in an ice-cream shop-but we've been on her case for years. The system is always trying to find a reason to arrest her because we believe she is in something much bigger" Jungkook explains.

"Like what? Wasn't she just drunk that night or something?" Jimin asks, getting angry himself.

"In any case, she got a seven year sentence" Jungkook brushes Jimin off but the news doesn't miss our ears.

"Seven years? For breaking and entering?" Jin questions as if he couldn't believe his ears.

"In an ice-cream store" Yoongi carries on. Jungkook nods.
"Did you snitch on her?" Taehyung finally speaks, pointing a finger at Jungkook.

"Listen, she's in something way bigger than just ice-cream. What do you think her job is? Where do you think she's getting all this money?" Jungkook questions to all of us.

"Is she robbing people?" Jimin asks with wide eyes. Jungkook looks away as if wondering how to answer that question.

"We're here" an officer says as he opens the door for us. The eight of us silently head into the station. Yeri looks very angry but keeps it to herself as she stares at the floor.

I wanted to say something encouraging but didn't get the chance as a guy stands in front of us with a shiny badge.

"Officer Jeon" the man says as he holds out a hand for Jungkook.
"Officer Brown" Jungkook says as he shakes his hand, not looking overly thrilled.

"Great work. We'll take it from here" the Brown guy says.
"No, I'm still working on this case" Jungkook says. I can see he's trying to manage his anger.

"You've done enough. You deserve a little break" the man proudly tells Jungkook. Jungkook himself doesn't look as proud.

"You and your friends will be held for questioning so hang tight. Someone will speak to you" the man says then leaves.

We reluctantly grab a seat by the waiting room. I really don't care about the staring people. Right now, I just want to know what happened to (Y/N).

"Do you know where (Y/N) is now?" I ask Jungkook.
"Probably in a questioning room. Let's just cooperate with them and then we can ask questions" Jungkook says. Yoongi, sitting next to him, subtly grabs his collar, staring Jungkook straight in the face.

"How could you do this? I thought she was your fucking friend" Yoongi angrily growls at Jungkook before shoving his collar back at him.

Yoongi stands up in frustration as he paces back and forth, trying to calm down.
