Matthew
"I can't believe you knocked that girl down."
"I didn't even see her. I felt so bad." We had just walked out of the hotel. We were going to get an Uber and then go eat. I was joking around with Drew and pushed him down. I went to run out the door and plowed right into this really cute girl. She was wearing a black dress and looked like she had just been to a party or something. She barely even paid any attention to me. I was surprised.
"I don't think she saw you either." Drew and James laughed and high fived.
"Shut up." I pushed James into Drew.
"Matt, I think she dropped her phone." Josh bent over and tossed me the iPhone that was lying on the ground.
"Damn it." Not only did I knock the poor girl down, but now I have her phone. I turned around to see if I could still see her but she was already gone.
"What are you going to do?" Drew asked.
"I don't know. I'll just hold onto it and see if someone calls it." I slid the phone in my jacket pocket.
"Oh boy." Josh said.
"What?" I asked.
"Nothing." He said, shaking his head.
"Come on guys. I'm starving. The show tonight wore me out." James said.
