Chapter 54

Chaeyoung's POV

I walked out of Jihyo unnie's house not answering Mina's question because I'm so mad right now and—and I can't explain her ex-lover came back and Mina thought she was in a relationship already but she wasn't and I'm scared what if she takes Mina away from me? I don't know what to do.

Right now I'm walking to the park here in the town house,well this place is big it's not just the nine of us who are living here there are other rich and well known people who lives here.

I sat down on the bench leaned my back on it and looked up at the sky I closed my eyes but then I felt that someone sat beside me but I didn't bother open my eyes.

"Penny for your thoughts?" I opened my eyes knowing who it is and before answering I sighed deeply then spoke.

"I'm scared Jeongyeon" I said and she chuckled "And why is that?"she asked me and I looked at her "I'm scared of Irene taking away Mina from me obviously" I said before leaning on the bench again.

"Chaeyoung you don't have to be scared Mina is all yours now and she won't leave you..yes you guys just became official yesterday but you guys spent almost everyday together the past months you guys can't even be separated anymore so why be scared?"she said and sat up straight sighed deeply again and spoke "What if Mina still loves her? What about me?" I said and she made me looked at her then held my both cheeks like squishing it.

"Chaeyoung you heard what Sana and Momo said Irene left Mina because she couldn't fight for her she couldn't choose to be with Mina because instead of staying with her she did what her mother told her she said many reasons for Mina to let her go.."she said then continued again "And you my friend I know that you wouldn't do what Irene did to Mina I've known you for years already and you're not the type to let go of something or someone that you really treasure so much so I know that you won't let go of Mina..."she let go of my cheeks and stood up in front of me "So are you not gonna fight for Mina and be chicken or fight for her and be the tiger we all know?"she asked me and I smiled at her standing up as well.

"Of course I'll be a tiger and fight for Mina I won't let her be taken away from me without a fight" I said and she smiled at me and we both did a fist bump and laughed at each other.

"So let's go now Mina is worried"she said that made my chest tighten with the thought of how she is right now but I smiled at Jeongyeon unnie and said "I'll see her tomorrow unnie can I ask you a favor?" I asked she nodded "What is it?"she asked "Can you and Nayeon unnie pick Mina up tomorrow at her place and take her with you to the university? I'll just do something tomorrow but I'll be at school"I said and she nodded her head and we both headed back but I didn't come with her to Jihyo unnie's place I told her to tell them that I told her to tell them not to worry about me and she agreed so now I'm laying on my bed and ready to drift to dream land.

Mina's POV

I woke up with the sound of the door bell coming from downstairs so I stood up and went down still rubbing my eyes.

"I'm coming!"I shouted hearing the non-stop ringing of the door bell why is Chaeyoung ringing it so many times? She should've called me.

"Chaeyoung why ar—"I didn't get to finish when I saw two figures in front of me "Good morning Mina!"Nayeon said hugging me and I looked at Jeongyeon who is smiling.

"What are you guys doing here?" I asked them well because I was expecting Chaeyoung to pick me up "Well Chaeyoung asked us to pick you up she said she had something important to do so yeah here we are"Jeongyeon said and nodded my head feeling sad for not seeing Chaeyoung.

"But hey she said she'll be in school today so no need to worry"Jeongyeon said smiling at me "You guys can come in I'll just get ready" I said and they both went inside while I prepare myself.

Before going out of my room I messaged Chaeyoung first.

To My knight:Hey babe Good morning! I'm already off to school with Nayeon and Jeongyeon they said you couldn't come because of something important and I understand that so no worries it's okay take care okay? I Love you!

I hit sent and waited for a reply but my smile dropped when I saw her reply.

From My knight: Okay.

She didn't even say she loves me too ugh! I don't know what to do!

I proceeded going downstairs and saw Nayeon and Jeongyeon talking to the phone with someone.

"Hey guys let's go?"I said that caught their attention and quickly ended their call with someone, "Not even going to eat breakfast?"Jeongyeon asked me and I just shook my head no.

"It's okay guys let's go" I said and they nodded their heads before three went outside and in to their cars then Jeongyeon drove away to the university.

Once we got to the university three of us got down and made our way to the girls.

"Hey girls!"Nayeon said greeting them and they looked at us smiling "Good morning to you three"Jihyo said "Chaeyoung isn't here yet?" I asked them and they just shook their head no that made me more sad where could she be?

"Mina.."Jihyo called me so I looked at her "What is it?" I asked "Irene and Seulgi are studying here I forgot to mention to you last night" she said that made me shocked oh no Chaeyoung what am I gonna do now?!

"Well they haven't came here yet right?" I asked and she was silent for a moment until someone spoke from behind us.

"Mina"
