Chapter 9

"Hee Young! Wake up! You have work today!"

I groaned and pulled the blanket over my head

"No...I'm tired. Besides, I have no clothes to wear. Just....let...sleep" I mumbled

"You can mix and match some of my clothes with yours! Come on, get up!"

"I'm up, I'm up!" I yelled throwing my pillow at Mi Hi

"You have 30 minutes to get ready!" She called before running out of the room

I sighed then started to get ready. I wore my grey skirt and matched it up with Mi Hi's long sleeved, vanilla colored, shirt. I applied a bit of mascara and eyeliner. I smiled at myself in the mirror. I made a random face and laughed.

"You are going to run that shop alone today. You have to do your best, fighting!" I made a fist and cheered

"Hee Young!"

"I'm coming!" I yelled back

I skipped out of my room. Yoongi had just finished getting ready. His hair was styled in its usual, messy, yet cool way. He was heading downstairs. I quickly followed behind him.

"So, Yoongi oppa~ I heard you like chocolate chip cookies? When was the last time you ate them, hm~?" I giggled

"Don't call me that. I don't like them. Two years ago," He answered each question in order.

I huffed and crossed my arms. I got an idea.

"Have you seen the blue box I gave you last time? I'm really craving the chocolates in there!" I whined pretending to search the cabinets as we walked into the kitchen

"Oh, you mean the box Yoongi was holding last time?" Mrs. Min said looking at me then at Yoongi

Yoongi gave his mom a pleading look.

"I told you yesterday, Hee Young. Yoongi was eating them. I think it was a big chocolate chip cookie. Why do you want it? I'm sure we can go buy you one after you come back from work," Mrs. Min played along with my act.

"Oh no, no. That's fine. I just wanted to know who ate it. It seems like Yoongi oppa is too afraid to admit it," I giggled winking at him.

"Don't call me that," He glared at me.

"Now, now. Yoongi. Be nice," Mrs. Min said giving him a stern look.

"Whatever. I'm leaving," he said turning to leave.

"Where to?" she asked

"Movies with Namjoon," he replied putting on his jacket.

Mrs. Min rolled her eyes, "Same people as always."

After Yoongi left Mrs. Min turned to me.

"Have you been spying on Yoongi?"

"W-what!? No! What makes you think t-that?" I yelled waving my hands in front of me

She sighed, "I really wish you could have..."

"W-why is that?"

"I'm not blind Hee Young, and I know you aren't either. He's hiding something from all of us. I don't know exactly what it is. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but do you think he has a secret girlfriend?" Mrs. Min asked

I started to choke on the egg roll I was eating. Mrs. Min ran over to me and patted my back a couple of times.

"I-I'm fine," I said waving my hand, " Why would he have a girlfriend and not tell you. That's absurd!"
