The main complications are the language gap between both countries. America speaks English (simplified) and Japan speaks Japanese. However, I thought of a way to counter this. In the Movie Der Film Klara and Nonna speak Russian a number of times, and Katusha has repeatably told them not to. Its also important to note the theme of Pravda is Russian. So, I thought about the other schools and said, "yes let's have all the schools have a language class for their schools' theme". Pravda is Russian, Kuromorimine is German, St. Gloriana is English (Traditional), Saunders is English (Simplified), Chi-Ha-tan is still Japanese, and so on.
Note, Miho originally went to Kuromorimine so she will understand German. Since Ooarai Is not a themed school I'll put their literature and language of that of a real Japanese high school. They have English class as English is the universal language of the world. (might I add its also the (Simplified) version). So, some of Ooarai's girls will know English due to curriculum status.
