A/N

Aight, sooo, I HAVE started writing again (YES) which means that imma (hopefully) start publishing regularly.

Percy's POV

I felt a gasp escape my lips as my phone tumbled to the tiled ground.

Jason...

I frowned, gritting my teeth together.

I took a deep breath, knowing it was senseless to panic.

Still frowning, I headed towards our bedroom. The plan of a shower hot in my head.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The crisp Manhatten air flew around me as I waited for a taxi, biting at me harshly.
Standing there, my uneasiness lying bear, I could feel my fragile mind slipping into a state of panic.
What if he's been kidnapped?
What if he's dead?
I swallowed as a taxi pulled up, trying my hardest to push my thought as far from my mind as possible.
"Where to?" the cabby asked
"A-Aeolus weather please"
He nodded, pulling away from the pavement
"Bit chilly eh?"
I nodded, still shivering from the cold January air.
The cabby smiled at me but chose not to say any more.
As we arrived I stared up, my mouth open at the sheer size of the place.
Tall, corinthian columns soared skyward, a grand doorway standing proud in the centre of the building.
"Cool innit?" the cabby asked, a slight chuckle at my face.
I nodded, chucking a handful of bills at him as I left the car.
I ran towards the place, my feet flying up the stairs.
God, please let him be here.
I crashed through the doors, into the front office.
"Excuse me, sir, do you have an appointment?"
I looked at the receptionist, my mouth freezing in fear.
"Sir?"
I shook my head, stepping forward.
"N-no"
"I'm sorry but I can't help you"
She began to turn back to her computer.
"Wait! Please"
She frowned but turned back to me anyway.
"Yes?" her voice was tired, annoyed.
"I-I'm just wondering if Jason Grace is working here?"
She rolled her eyes but turned to her computer, rapping in a few things.
"There are 5 Jason's here, what department is he in?"
I said the answer, waiting impatiently.
"Errr, no," she said, turning back to me.
I felt my eyes widen.
"He left at 9:15 last night and hasn't come in since"
I felt my knees grow weak.
"Anything else I can do to help?"
