40: Staged Love

"And- that's a wrap. Ok good job, guys. Let's start getting ready for scene two." The man calls from the other side of the invisible wall
I make my way off set and into my changing room. Taking a seat upon the stool, I apply a little more blush to my rosy cheeks.
Suddenly, I hear light knock at my door.
"Come in!" I shout.
"Just me." Shawn says, closing the door behind him. "You ready?"
I shake my head and spin the seat around to face him. "No. Just nervous."
"Why? We kiss all the time behind closed doors." He states.
"Yeah.. I know. But what will your fans think? Do you think they'd be alright with us kissing? They think we're just friends, Shawn. We are so much more than friends."
I stand up and begin removing my jeans and lacey crop.
"I know, baby. I get that you're nervous. Hell, so am I. I don't want anyone to try to hurt you. If they're true fans, they'll be able to accept the fact that I have a girlfriend. A beautiful one, in fact. You're perfect and it's killing me."
Why?" I chuckle out at him while I pull up the skin tight dress.
"Cause, I wanna get out there and show you off."
He says, attaching his pointer finger and thumb together in order to zip up the back of my dress.
His lips lean into my jaw and leave a small kiss.
"Now.. you ready?" He asks.
My revealed shoulders shrug.
"Ready as I'll ever be."

"Scene two, take one. And- action!"
His hand runs up my side, resting a hold on my waist.
I look into his eyes as he stares into mine.
I can read him like a book.
'You ready?'
'Yes.'
Finally, his kiss lands onto my glossy, pink lips.
Then another.
Then another.
One right after the other until it's light tugs at his scalp and soft moans.
"And- cut!"
We ignore every call. Every sound. Everything.
Just us.
His tongue slowly slithers into my open, heavy breathing mouth.
"Cut!"
Those hands that were at my waist, now become loose, traveling upward.
"Someone get these cameras off.."
