Betty's POV:
When I woke up the next morning wrapped in Jughead's arms, I smiled to myself. I remembered the night before as I started to get up trying not to wake Jughead up.

I headed into his bathroom and removed his shirt and looked at the marks he had made last night. They weren't bad and I could easily cover them up. I started to cover them up and get ready for the day.

When I left the bathroom and turned to the bed, Jughead was still asleep. I smirked to myself and headed downstairs, I was the only one up by the looks of things. So I grabbed a cup of coffee and breakfast and went to sit on the porch. It was early and no one was awake in New York, it was peaceful. I pull out my phone and I decided to give FP a call:

FP: hello
Betty: Hey FP
FP: Betty, is everything okay? How's Jug?
Betty: everything's good, we're okay. Mason was released yesterday and is walking around
FP: that's good news, look there's something I need to tell you
Betty: oh no, that's never good
FP: I need you to listen carefully, something's happened. It's your parents... they know your alive

In this moment my heart dropped, I curled my fists and my nails were digging in. A single tear rolled down my face and I needed to control myself.

Betty: h...how?
Was all I managed to say.

FP: I don't know, but Betty I promise you they won't take you. You are safe, do you believe that?
Betty: sure, um look I n...need to go. See you later
FP: I really sorry betty, I will get down to the bottom of it, see you tomorrow
Betty: see you

When I hung up the phone the tears were flooding me, I needed to fix this. I grabbed my phone and I walked away from the house. I sent Jughead a message and walked around a town I didn't know.

I stopped when I reached a river, I sat on the bank and watched as the water flowed. I had tears streaming down my face. I still hadn't released my hands from there curled state and when I did I saw the blood that laid there. I sat on the bank for what felt like hours, the day just went on and I pulled out my phone and messaged someone I didn't think I would ever need to message:
