Chapter 22

Harley’s pov

We pulled up towards the school, all the while Flynn was fidgeting in the seat constantly looking over at me as I lay back in the seat trying to focus on something without either passing out or being sick all over my car, now that I didn’t want to do. I’d only just got her back and there was no way on earth was I messing her up with my disgusting vomit. I heard him sigh for like the tenth time in a few seconds, I could feel his worry coming off him in drone as he no doubt felt my nervousness and anxiety that I’d been feeling the more so the closer we got to the school.

“Flynn stop sighing, I’m fine” I smiled trying to lift the tense mood in the car and failing miserably. He looked over at me with those sad blue eyes and made me melt, like he always did. One look was all it took and all my barriers were broken down, it had always been the same with him. No matter what he did or what happened all he needed to do was give me that look, the one that he was giving me at this precise moment in time. He didn’t need to speak his eyes told me everything, how much he loved me.

“Flynn” I tried only for him to interrupt holding his hand up and pulling over to the curb, the school in sight if not slightly in the distance.

“Harley please don’t tell me you’re ok when you’re not, I’m not stupid and I can feel everything you feel baby so please don’t hide it from me” he pleaded unbuckling his belt and leaning over to me grabbing my face in his hands and stroking my cheek softly making me shudder in his arms

“Ok you win, I’m not fine. I feel horrible and now I can’t shake this feeling of dread, Harrys got it too. We need to hurry up home Flynn because something’s going to happen and if my vision earlier is anything to go by I don’t want to leave Harry. I can’t leave Harry, I can’t let that happen to him Flynn” I cried fresh tears escaping down my cheeks as he caught them with his finger and wiped them away.

“Sush Har, I know baby I know. We won’t let that happen to him” he soothed wrapping me up in his arms as I buried deeply into his neck and his head rested on my head. He kissed the top of head breathing in deeply only to pull away, his face deathly pale as his body started trembling beneath me. I could feel his nerves, excitement, and fear, everything from him piling up in the pit of my stomach as he shook around me

“Flynn what’s wrong you’re scaring me” I said reaching out to him only for him to pull back slightly all the while staring at me with wide eyes

“Flynn…”  I started only to be slammed back into the seat as he pounced crashing his lips to mine hungrily, his blue eyes shining black as he ran his tongue over my lips asking for entrance which I gave him taken aback by his sudden loss of control only giving in when I pulled away gasping for breath
