*Burst out from a scary looking portal looking as good as new*

Hello cutie!!

I had this dream where me and Calum were at the beach just talking about Luke while he had this cute little twinkle in his eyes and I swear, It was the best dream ever.

My OTP has effortlessly ruined my life. HOORAY!!!

*opens umbrella and flies away with the wind*

---

Luke was snapped out of his train of thought when Calum spoke.

"Hey Luke, you still there?"

"Y-Yeah, I'm just a little tired?" Luke mentally hit himself for being pathetic because that sounded more like a question than an answer.

"A-Am I that boring?" Calum sounded so vulnerable and hurt. Luke wanted to punch himself in the gut for making Calum feel that way.

"No! I-I mean... you're not boring Calum. You're never ever boring. You could be rambling about complicated math formulas and you'd still be as interesting as when I first met you. you could be doing absolutely nothing and you'd still catch my attention " Luke rambled. He kinda went overboard with reassuring Calum, but he found that he didn't care.

"W-Wow Luke. T-That was....that was really sweet. Thank you"

Luke blushed a bit. He was thankful that Calum didn't call him cheesy again.

"Anything for you babe" Luke smiled at nothing in particular.

"Babe huh?"

"Y-Yeah, you started it though. But I wouldn't mind it if we called each other that. I actually kinda like it" Luke didn't actually like it, He absolutely loved it when Calum called him babe. His heart was beating faster than a train when Calum called him babe for the first time.

"Oh god, I felt like I screwed up everything when I called you that, but about the visit thing? I have school and I don't think my allowance would be enough for a plane ticket. I'm really sorry babe"

Luke felt his heart flutter again at how Calum said 'babe' like it was so natural of him to say it but there was a little bit of awkwardness to make it cute.

But his heart sunk a little bit when Calum said he couldn't visit.

"You don't have to worry about the ticket because I'll pay for it. Cant you just skip school? its only for a week..."

"Luke, I cant just skip for a whole week, not all of us are rich popstars and I need school if I ever want to be a great vet. But if something comes up, I'll give you a cal-wait...what time is it there?" Calum's tone went a little stern.

Luke suddenly got tense. He could imagine Calum crossing those arms of his over his chest and raising an doubtful eyebrow.

"Its... umm... uhhh" Luke couldn't find the words. His nervousness got the better of him.

"Luke, just answer the question" Calum sighed.

"Its past 1am. I couldn't sleep and I-I promised that I'd call again and I didn't want to make you wait on nothing... I'm sorry Cal"

"Its fine babe, but its your break and you should use that time to rest up. Okay?"

"Okay.."

"Good. Sleep tight Luke. I...I-I going to hang up now"

"Okay. But please Calum, try to...try to visit me?"

"I will babe, I will"

"Bye Calum"

"Bye Luke"

With that, the call ended and Luke found himself blushing and staring at the ceiling of his room.

This was getting more and more serious by the minute, and Luke suddenly hated the distance that was between him and Calum.

His Calum.

It felt nice for Luke to say that Calum was his and only his, it did sound a little creepy but who was there to judge.

If Calum did agree to visit, he would tell the boys about them.

And maybe ask Calum to be officially his boyfriend.

The thought made Luke a little giddy, so he decided to pay twitter a little visit.

@Luke5SOS

I sleep alone. My heart wants you to come home. I wish you were, wish you were beside me...

That was probably not the best thing to do because the fans were retweeting and having a meltdown to who he was describing, when infact, he just leaked some lyrics to an unfinished song.

He exited the twitter app before going to sleep.

His phone lit up, having received a new text but Luke was already closing his eyes in exhaustion.

He'll just check who it was when he wakes.

----

"Bye Luke"

Calum pressed the end button hesitantly. He didn't want to end it because that would mean that he wouldn't hear Luke's voice for a while, but Luke's well being came first before Calum's needs.

He was greeted by silence when the call ended and he suddenly felt a little lonely.

Clarice was there, although sleeping and snoring lightly, but it wasn't the same with Luke.

His Luke.

He couldn't help but smile at the thought of Luke saying the same thing to him.

Now he really wanted to go to Luke.

But there was school.

The door suddenly opened, revealing Megan with a few paper bags filled with food from Maccas.

"Lunch time~!" she sang.

"Why so happy?" Calum raised an inquisitive eyebrow.

"Because I got a happy meal with extra happy" She grinned as she put the paper bags on her desk.

Calum laughed.

"And also because I have the week off" She spun around in one of those adjustable spinning chairs.

"Why is that?"

Megan's smile widened as she moved closer to talk to Calum.

"All of the teaching staff here are going away for a whole week to attend this seminar. No Teachers means no classes, No Classes means no students and no students means no school"

"But don't tell anyone, they were supposed to announce that this Friday" She winked before going back to her desk.

It took a full minute for Calum to register the information into his brain.

No school next week.

A whole week without school and that means he could visit Luke without affecting his grades.

Calum's face broke into and excited grin.

He took out his phone and dialed Luke's number, but he stopped when he was about to push the call button.

Luke was probably asleep now so it would be bothersome of Calum to call him.

He opened his kik instead and sent Luke a message.

Calum couldn't wait for Friday to come.

"Hey Calum, Lets eat" Megan invited.
