Ink felt nothing towards Dream. This wasn't clear at first, as they would be with each other almost all of the time, yet all Dream did was make him feel happiness. It didn't mean anything. However, Dream's brother made Ink feel something. Most would assume he would feel annoyance towards the goopy skeleton. Most did, unless they felt fear. However, it was the opposite.

Ink was infatuated with the skeleton. He found him extremely interesting. Who wouldn't? He was a prince, a rather hot one, according to Ink, at that. Dream was aware of Ink's feelings towards his brother. It wasn't like he was jealous, and he couldn't blame Ink for falling in love- Or, as much of 'love' as he could feel being mostly souless, towards someone on the opposite side.

Soon enough, Dream had set up a date for the two. Well, a 'date'. Nightmare didn't know what this set up was, he just was told he would be going to Outertale with someone. So, when the time came, Nightmare headed to Outertale. There, on the grass in front of the beautiful sky, sat Ink. Nightmare blinked. Why would Ink of all people want to see him? There was no point in trying to make a truce, so why would the leader of the Star Sanses bother with him?

Either way, Nightmare sat down. He sat a few feet away from Ink, not fully trusting the skeleton. Who would trust someone who wanted to stop them from doing their job? Ink looked towards the goop and offered a smile. It was bright, just like his colourful eyes. Nightmare had only now realized how nice Ink's eyes looked. They changed every time he blinked, it was amazing.

Moving a bit closer, Nightmare stared at Ink. He felt his face heat up a small bit, though he quickly shook it off. He was the king of darkness, not some little school girl who had crushes on their brother's best friend! Though, he felt like that now. Nightmare sighed, shifting himself to sit a bit closer to Ink. Said skeleton didn't seem to mind, looking towards Nightmare with a soft smile. Ink seemed happy. That was... Odd.

"So, how are you?" Ink started, staring off at the stars. "..Good." Nightmare murmured. "That's good!" Ink stated with a smile. He then let out a hum. Nightmare sighed, before murmuring, "Why do you want me here?" "Why? Oh! I want to spend time with you!" Nightmare's face flushed a bit. Ink's face was slightly flushed with rainbow blush, though he didn't seem to take notice, too concentrated on the stars.

"..Why?" Nightmare questioned. "Oh! Well.. Uh.." Ink's face had flushed a dark rainbow colour. Nightmare raised a skele-brow, looking at Ink. "Well..?" Ink took a breath in. "Your brother set up this date for us because I asked him too! I find you very interesting and I think I feel love towards you!" Nightmare stared at Ink, blinking. Ink. The leader of the Star Sanses. Had feelings for him?

Nightmare felt his face heat up quiet a bit. He looked down, trying to decide what to say. He was speechless for now, nothing coming out when he opened his mouth to speak. After a few minutes, Nightmare took a breath in and began, "Well.. I.. Haven't thought about my feelings towards you but.. You seem cool and I'm willing to go on more dates with you."

Ink's eyes had turned to exclamation marks. He hadn't thought that would be Nightmare's reaction, hell, he assumed he would be rejected. Not being able to hide his excitement, Ink let out a squealed, "Really?!?" Nightmare couldn't help but chuckle at the usually calm demeanor skeleton doing this. It was cute. "Really."

Then, suddenly, Ink hugged Nightmare. Nightmare couldn't help but smile at this, putting his arms around the skeleton and pulling him into a soft hug. Maybe going on a few more dates with Ink wouldn't be that bad.
