North x Reader: Warpath

She kicked him out, made me vice leader and changed entirely. I never wished for this to happen. Kneeling beside a recent deviant who was starting to panic, I rubbed their back soothingly and gave them some Thirium to drink. Walking into the converted office, North was playing with her gun.

"North! You can't be doing this anymore! People are scared of you, this isn't how Markus wanted this!" Oh no. I didn't mean to mention him. I looked around as I backed up to the wall. If only I kept my big mouth shut.

I know exactly how to run Jericho, I don't need Y/N's input. They're only here because that was Markus's last wish before he left. "It's none of your damn business anymore, I do what I wish." I had them against the wall, shaking as I walked closer.

"P-Please North! Think this through! New androids are scared to bring up any problems, you terrify them!" Oh, they are huh? Well at least they don't argue back, I couldn't care less if they were scared. We still have to earn our freedom, one way or another. Humans need to pay for their treatment for us.

"I. Dont. CARE! They need to toughen up, get used to it here. If they don't like it, they can leave!" I yelled, my frustrations with their disloyalty to our cause evident as I slammed my fist against the wall.

I can't get her to listen to me, North's becoming a dictator. I look to the gun on the table and kick her down, taking it and placing it against her head, panting heavily. "I don't want to do this North, you know that. What happened to you? Why are you acting like this?"

"You wouldn't understand"

I shook my head, she wasn't savable. Taking in a deep breath, I pulled the trigger, blue blood dripping from her head. I dragged her body and placed her in the corner.

"I' m sorry North, but you were on a warpath. No one wanted this"
