1. Gum
2. Green Smoothies
3. Veggie sticks
4. 1 cup almond milk
5. Frozen Blueberries. To make these coat all your blueberries with yogurt and let it set.
6. Trail mix
7. Pretzels. Make sure they are not flavoured too much.
8. Tapioca Pudding. This is probably one of my personal favourites.
9. Granola
10. Multi grain chips, guacamole and salsa
11. Peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
12. Fruit and cheese kebabs. This is one you could have a lot of fun with.
13. Broccoli florets. My favourite way to make them are steaming to he broccoli and once it's cooked, lightly season with
salt and pepper.
14. Whole wheat crackers.
15. Carrot/sweet potato fries. These are probably the only things in this and the previous list that requires a bit of time
and preparation.
16. Yogurt frozen bar. Get a pot of yogurt and stab a pop stick through its cover. Store in freezer for at least 4 hours.
17. Low fat cottage cheese
18. Avocado
19. Oatmeal
20. Soup
