Quick and yummy breakfast idea.

You will need:

1-2 eggs
1-2 English muffins (I used multigrain)
100-200g Yogurt
1 cup of any fruit (I used frozen blueberries)
1 medium sized pan
1 plate
Butter

Method:

1. Crack your eggs and lightly season them.

2. Heat your pan up and warm you English muffins on it.

3. Take your muffins out and butter them while they're warm.

4. Pour your egg mixture into your pan and scramble them.

5. Pour your yogurt into a small bowl and

6. Then either prepare your fruit whether you have to cut them or just take it out of the freezer. You can put your fruit on top or eat it separately.

7. Put the scrambled eggs into your muffin

And voila a yummy and nutritious breakfast :)

Feel free to change up this recipe some examples are:

-instead of an English muffin use a regular slice of bread
-replace the Yogurt with milk
-add other toppings into you egg
-spread you muffin with something else like jam or peanut butter and eat the eggs separately
