It wasn't long before my phone rang, it was in my pocket, and when I took it out the phone number belonged to my mom.
I answered.
"Evan?"
"Yeah?" I asked into the phone.
"Alex told me about what had happened, are you alright?"
"I'm fine mom."
"I'm coming home."
My eyes widened.
"Now."
I hung up, dropping my phone to my side, still in awe. "I...guess my mom is coming back after all." I sighed.
Had I really wanted this? Sure I had missed her and wanted her to come back, sure I was still terrified of Alex and Evan...
...But do I really want her back, now?
