"What's it like to have me as a girlfriend?"
She blurts out, suddenly.
He leans back, calmly, smiling.
"Suppose you find someone as careless as yourself"
He starts shortly, pulling her closer to his chest.
It was 1 am they were in the middle of a big field, lying on the back of Namjoon's pick up truck.
She rests her head on his chest. She listens to his steady heartbeat as she pays close attention to what he says.
"And you're nothing else but overly comfortable to do anything as stupid as you like with that person"
He continues, she was mesmerized by how calmy he was responding to this question.
All she wanted was to hear that he loved her and it didn't matter how they were, it shocked her that he had so much behind it.
"And that all this time, no matter how many girls i've been with, no matter how many girls throw themselves at me, i'm always going to look for that person, because that person is where I belong"
He turns to smile at you
"And you want nothing else, but to spend the rest of your life with that person. That's what it's like to have you as a girlfriend, and soon, if we're ready, as a wife"
He ends, staring into her eyes. She feels her heart melt at his gaze. He was all she ever wanted, and she was lucky enough to have been blessed with the one her heart desired.
"You know I love you right?"
She asks him, placing her palm on his cheek. He smiles, again, his dimples showing, his eyes disappearing.
"Yes, and I love you. More than you could ever imagine"
He states before lowering his head, placing a chaste kiss on her lips
They both lay back on the truck, staring at the stars, listening to each other's heart beats knowing they'd be together forever, telling each other how luck they are to have each other, somewhere past midnight.
