You close your eyes tightly together as you try to stay awake. How could you be so sleepy at 7PM? You've been trying to study and remember the terms given to you by your biology teacher for some mastery test and at the same time, you were trying to create a presentation for your History class. On the other hand, you were also studying for your finals next Tuesday, you were planning to ace them.
You were a junior, and you did not know how the hell to put everything together. You have been the most stressed out person in the whole world and there's no doubt. There have been so much reasons for you to give up but one thing stopped you, and that is your boyfriend. Kim Seokjin, a 26 year old boy,obviously way older than you. You met him at a social gathering in another school, and you seemed to have clicked. It only took a few months before you decided to date. People always judged the two of you for dating someone who's age is far from the other, but you two shrugged it off.
You stare blankly at your laptop then to your book and then back to your laptop. You drop your head on to the desk and start screaming
"I'M GOING INSANEEE"
Your voice echoes around your room and you sigh.
10 minutes later, you feel your phone buzz from behind youe pocket
You grab it quickly sliding it opening the message.
Oppa Jin😆 : come over to practice i miss u
The text read.
You: cant, studying 4 finals. Sorry. miss u 2 love u
You reply and place your phone down carrying on studying.
Moments later, you hear your front door unlock, you walk over to your room door to peek only to see Jin standing infront of it.
"I missed you"
He whispers before pulling you in for a tight hug.
You hug him back, inhaling his scent fully.
"I missed you too, Jin"
You say.
You've gotten used to calling him by his name despite the age gap. You first insisted to call him oppa but Jin thought it was too off.
Jin pushes you on to the bed and locks yoy inbetween his body
"Let's cuddle"
He softly whispers and clasps his arms and legs around your body
You sigh and use all your strength to break free.
"I could but I have deadlines to catch so.."
You tell him as you head over to your desk and resume your work
You hear him groan and slump on to your bed.
5 minutes into work, you feel you boyfriend's arms wrap around your shoulders, his lips quickly sticking on to your neck
"Hmm Jin, i'm studying"
You say as you place your materials down.
You lift his arms up and look at him.
"C'mooon. Just 10 minutes"
He begs and you shake your head
"No Jin, I have to finish this."
You say and he grunts
"You never have time for me anymore"
He says before walking out of your room, you hear the front door shut making you groan frustratedly and stand up quick and grab your coat and slip on your shoes.
You run out the door nervously, eagerly looking around to look for Jin
You run across the street recklessly, not noticing the car driving, and with a loud honk, you were frozen.
Your body falls flat against the cold concrete floor, youe head bangs down hard.
Everything happened so fast.
"J-jin.."
You say before everything fades black.

You wake up hearing subtle beeps.
You blink quickly as you opened your eyes.
You see a very white room. Look around and you spot your boyfriend, his face dug into the palms of his hands.
"I'm so sorry.."
You hear him mumble
"It's okay Jin"
You speak making him look up almost immediately.
Jin slides beside you and holds your hand softly, kissing the back of it
"I'm sorry! I thought i'd loose you..if it weren't forme you wouldn't be hurt..i-i was so stupid! I'm sorry for acting so childish..i'm sorry.."
He says and you hush him
"It's not your fault, baby. All you wanted was to spend time with me, i was just too busy to even notice how much you needed love"
You say as you stroke his cheek
"It's just that, this age thing is getting out of hand. Are priorities are way too different from each other, aren't you a bit tired? Of dealing with my shit? I mean, you're young and all busy with school and..I think i'm just a big distration for you. And, i can't go with what you want because i'm old and stuff"
He mumbles and you sigh
"Jin, you're not a distration, and I don't care if you don't go with what I like, there are alot of things we can do together that we both like. Remember when I met you at that social gathering during my freshman year, I never really thought i'd date you. You were one, older than me. Two, you were a football player, and we know that you're way too popular, but everything I thought of that night, change the moment you asked for my number. I've always thought i'd end up dating boys my age but all of that changd because of you, and it changed for the better, my love. After I met you, I realized that dating someone a bit older is so much better because I have someone to take care of me and teach me shit i don't understand. I have someone to fight for me and with me in times that i need to. So don't even think of shit like that I'm tired of you. in fact, i can't get enough of you and your childish acts, And do you remember that one night, in front of that little chapel? When we vowed to stay strong, no matter what they say about our age being far apart? Because I do. Every single moment."
You say and you see him dry up his tears, his grip tightens and you grin.
"Jin, even if you're 26 or if you're 45. I'd still love you. Even if you act like you're younger than me, nothing will change. I will still love you. We can do this Jin, if we try."
You tell him and he nods.
"I love you so much, Y/N. You always know how to boost me up"
He says and plants a kiss on your forehead.
"I'm your girlfriend. Of course i know all of that"
You say and he chuckles.
"Now let's get some rest. As soon as I get out of this hospital bed, we'll cuddle for the whole week. Deal?"
You ask making his face glow up
"Deal"
He says before placing his lips on yours
